Decathlon Moorabbin reviews
72Massive store catering to various sports and fitness needs. Quality stuff at very affordable price. Friendly and helpful staff
Its low on stock for Child protection gear. I went to buy Roller skates and the knee and elbow protection gear as well. Two days in a row they did not have the gear. The staff is extremely courteous but the store itself is low on stocks. Hope they figure it out. Not what I expected from Team Decathlon
Went in there for a look and came out with $102 worth of things I don't need.
Excellent and wide variety of items. Well priced. For cycling items, these are very well priced and cheaper then bike shops.
Shoes and socks are in European sizes.
Staff member Paula in the bike section was friendly and helpful.
Self service check out where you just drop your items in a bucket like thing.
Worth the visit.
I was assisted by Aaron at the Moorabbin store over the weekend, he was so helpful, I was making a large purchase and helped with the selection, recommended accessories and organised a pick up for us. Really great experience thanks Aaron.
Fantastic place to shop for gear. Very surprised at the huge range they have to offer, including trying out of products. Warehouse style really suits these types of products, glad they're here in Aus.
Saw a 1 star review regarding click/collect. They only offer in-store pickup, not to be confused with curbside pickup. Don't think that was deserved.
Special shout-out to Hans! He helped me to pick out a bike for my son and also assisted me to get a bike for myself. We both love what we got. I am very satisfied with the experience he provided. I will be coming back more often. Thank you
Honestly, who are they turning down for a job here!
The online service and website etc.is easy to use and definitely would make me want to buy again, however the instore staff generally speaking are disinterested and really unhelpful. When I went to pickup my items, the girl at the desk had basically just bundled them into a creased pile and just shoved them towards me. I would be fine with this if I was buying second hand clothes from a charity shop but they usually take more care when dealing with customers. Bit of a 'too cool' for school clerks 2 type attitude amongst the predominantly Millennials/snowflakes working in Moorabbin especially. Won't be back.
Click and collect today and had phenomenal customer service by the one and only Ashley, who provided an exceptional customer experience well and truly above and beyond any expectations, all with a smile and attitude that nothing was too much trouble. Good job Ash and keep a hold of this one Decatlon Moorabbin, front of house staff like this are rare as hens teeth!
Great store and staff always very helpful
Today Ben helped us a lot, despite the COVID restrictions and he took the time to give an awesome service. Thanks Ben, in these times where we don’t see a lot of people, it’s awesome to deal with someone with the smile and who helps like that! Will definitely back
You'll find what you're looking for - or close enough. Cheap prices. Large and airy layout, diy checkout.
Excellent product range, good quality products, knowledgeable and helpful staff, competitive prices, and plenty of parking. Decathlon's Kimjaly Non-Slip Yoga Socks are the best yoga socks I have tried - at half the price of their online competitors!
Worst place to go as most staff just standing around on their phones and most items are dirty and the self serve checkouts are a nightmare to use.i won't be going back.
Great place cheap and reasonable prices. Just got some boxing gloves and mitts there today and a skipping rope.
Imagine bunnings with sports gear, i almost jad to change my undies, lucky i wasn't wearing them that day
Great experience here from start to end. They had a wide variety of products I needed from hiking gear to thermals and jackets. Thanks Gal for your help with my many questions.
Went in to look at some inflatable kayaks and get some more information after driving past for the last few months.
What a range! Gal was so helpful and informative. He was also very patient and explained everything in simple terms. Which is nice when you're new to a sport.
Amazing and friendly staff and a fantastic range, I will definitely be back!
The store was amazing.however the Asia lady at the cashier desk is so rude. I have been there twice, both time are hard times for us. We were so disappointed for the customer service experience. Will try to switch to boxhill store next time.
Stock is iffy and some staff and more into their staff socials than customer socials, and one of the girls was a bit rude when one was using their self checkouts
Great store with excellent products. Staff Naveen May need better customer service training, not so professional. Came across other staffs who were ready to help.
Hi, came into buy some bikes last week. Mehak dealt with us. Initially we wanted to purchase just one bike but ended up buying two. Her service was amazing and I look forward to visiting decathlon again soon.
