One of the worst stores I have been to in my entire life. I was in here with my wife looking at some camping tents. We spent a good 20 minutes in here and not once were we offered any assistance. Not even a greeting when entering or leaving the store. There were about 4 staff when we went in and it was a pathetic behaviour. Sad to see the brand having such good reputation but being tarnished by poor choice or training of staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for in stock.

Came to get us ready for a Thailand trip. Found everything we were looking for and more. Great discounts and deals in store.

It has good collection and reasonable price. I find it has better options than DFO especially for kids sports related like shoes. For women swimming not many options. There are always offers on different items.

Great big retail sports shop, very impressive with how much they stock and the wide range of items they had to offer. For curtain things you do have to try and get in quickly or your might miss a good deal or stock might be hard to source. Started a membership to hear back about an item I was waiting to come into stock but still haven’t heard. Highly recommend if you can buy on the day:) Some great deals!

And the other manager (tents department), and the other guy who is really smart about kayaks or pretends to be haha - all, every one of those and others (cos i shop there all the time!) are absolutely beautiful people! It's awesome for good quality sporting and outdoor activity gear. No big brands but stuff the is cheap and works.

I’ve been a loyal Decathlon customer and a fan of the brand, values and products for a very long time, but their inventory management is making the experience subpar…
It’s not uncommon to see items out of stock in store, which I guess can happen (especially since the start of the pandemic). My recent online shopping experience was pretty poor though: I placed a pickup order for 6 items and was advised a few hours later that 2 items were out of stock (contrary to what was shown when I placed the order) ; tried my luck ordering 2 replacement items - one a like-for-like (different colour), the other one from a different product family (similar usage though) - and it turns out both were out of stock. That’s a 50% miss rate overall.

I love this store, feels like a playground for sport fans. So many option and reasonably priced.

I've visited this specific store multiple times at at all times the staff was amazing. Very helpful and if talking to department leaders extremely knowledgeable.
I would specifically want to mention Gal who's help finding, choosing and buying my Kayak was priceless, with a lot of patience for every Q I had (and I had quite a few)
I would also like to mention EH MU who was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Will definitely come back
