Decathlon Box Hill reviews
75Massive range of items but it appears that they are all house brands. Doesn't appear that there are any well known brands for sale there. They must be the Aldi of sporting goods.
Great place has everything there and you can even test it out before you buy it. Awesome variety of products and we strongly recommend it to any sports and adventure people that are looking for that missing item
Maggie was a fantastic help in regards to issues I was having with the assembly of a rowing machine I brought. After sales support is second to none, the staff go above and beyond! Thanks again:)
What a joke, I couldn't even buy a water bottle without the cashier demanding my name and email address, even though I use decathlon in Europe for years with no such issue. I left the water bottle and walked out. What is it with you corporations harvesting personal info?
Possibly, the best sports warehouse in Melbourne. It's great for kids as they get the opportunity to try a range of different sports/activities.
Really good place for all, from a sport lover to an amateur in their beginnings
Everything is sort out by sport, prices are pretty good and staff is really amazing and helpful. Will come back really soon.
Great place to try sporting equipment. Kids had a ball trying new sports. Pricing and range is excellent
Super cheap sport, snow, and hiking gear. This franchise will bury the grossly overpriced Kathmandu.
The manager Crisky is very rude, she yelled at my son and did not wear the uniform, so I thought she was some crazy lady, but later on, I found out she is the manager in this store. And she was very rude to her staff as well, what a terrible person.
Very impressive variety of sports goods and outdoor gears. They even let you try a lot of their stuff before you buy. However the overall quality of the goods is on the cheaper size, so good for beginners and kids but not so good for more advanced athletes. Kinda like Kmart, but with sports gears.
So nice there are decathlon’s in Australia now! Staff was amazingly helpful hope they stay like this and don’t get the usual decathlon mentality like overseas.
Bad service, payment was processed twice even though the first one was approved. Had to return a week later to get a refund and the manager was rude and blamed it on the bank.
If you do not know this store it is worth to go and visit: sports equipment, shoes, clothes, trekking, walking, camping etc.
I find the staff is friendly and competent so we can ask questions and they would surely answer them.
There are also activities on the week end if you want to work out.
I was sceptical at first but I grew to really like the selection they had on offer. All the equipment is high quality and you can try the demos to see if the products meet your needs.
A strange kind of place, but a surprisingly good spot to take children with energy to burn off. Some good value sports equipment with a strong ethic of try before you buy. Just avoid the "food" at the "cafe" all costs.
