Decathlon Box Hill

I was informed that this shop is " member only" so you have to provide them with an email address or they won't process the sales transaction. They promised not to spam me.then I got spammed before even leaving the carpark. Staff inside were not interested in helping customers find sizes etc. The staff at sales counter smelt bad and need to improve personal hygiene. Won't be back at Decathlon ever again.

On 20 Mar around 2: 15pm we went to check out the tent. We were greeted by a friendly male staff who explain on the different tent and pricing. We ended up getting the 4-Men tent, the pump and mallet. Happy with the service and look forward to setup the tent.

Sure no problem. Everything - location, service, environment - is perfect except the range of the products. Shelfs are empty on many ailes and there is also narrow size range.

Very impressed by the range of products and pricing. We purchased workout attire and some camp-lights which we are using as nightlights with our newborn. Planning to visit again.

Great service, big store where you can do cartwheels without hitting anyone. Tennis clothing alwas short of size L. Why? Fix it. Clothing is ok, not awesome.

DO NOT BUY GYM equipments here.
Bloody cheat.there gym running machines are faulty and you do not trust their refund policy.thy are bad and not australian standards.
Better go with Aussie brands like Rebel and all.
When u ask refund they make so many dramas and excuse, hell rude people.

I was a fan of Decathlon in India and i was a frequent visitor. Last to last week was our first visit at Box hill Melbourne and it was unpleasant. We found items prices are high and the price written on the display is different from the product. This is not just one item but many items.
Also, lot of problems we faced in the billing kiosk. You need to enter your email id to get it billed also redeeming the $20 voucher was a challenge. Items were scanned 4 times, 3 times it was scanned by the Decathlon sales guy.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Fixed my bike in just a few hours and with no charge! If you have any sporting needs please do come here.

Wonderful place for all your sports requirements. Vast stock of all sports attire, shoes, tents, bikes, cayaks, sports equiment etc. They have huge collection and are nicely priced.

They have lots of equipments, from summer to winter, outdoor to indoor. + self service checkouts. The staff's there are quite friendly as well, just give the word and they will help out.

First visit to decathlon. Amazing store and was quite busy but very good customer service provided by the staff. I had to buy some running shoes but couldn't find the size, priyanka was very helpful and nice. Got the shoes. Loved it. Will come again soon.

Decathlon is your one stop shop for anything active. They stock a huge range of items from snow hear, surf gear, gym setups and ball sports. Staff are friendly and happy to help you. Fun place to go window shopping.

Truly lacks customer service. Sooo many staff but no customer service. I ask for help and am pointed to the area I was in after explaining someone already sent me there and I still couldn’t find the product. Then after asking the person twice to show me, he had to ask two other people and it was on the other side of the store! Things constantly out of stock, understandably shipments have been delayed. However, to extend on customer service they could check whether the products may be available instead of telling me to buy online and pay for shipping. Just disappointing.

It's a wonderland of sports goods, equipment and clothing! We have bought numerous items over the time it's been open - from t-shirts to bicycles - and have been very happy with every purchase. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I didn't have change to see the store as you haven't update the closing time. The website is showing 10 pm when in fact is until 9 pm only.

Love this place. Was delighted when I got to know that a decathlon has opened in Melbourne. One can try out a variety of sports equipment by actually playing the sport in the areas designated. One of the best staff I've seen in a retail store, always very helpful and smiling. The prices are always very competitive and every aisle has a good explanation via 'beginner, intermediary, advanced' etc tags to it.

Only complaint being - they should open another store somewhere in western suburbs as well.)

Amazing sports store. Cheap prices. Absolutely massive. Staff were friendly. Lots of activities for kids to do while you shop. The kids can ride bikes and they can do archery

The best customer service of any sports store I've ever been to! Was like having a personal shopping assistant. I needed a variety of things and four staff helped me over the course of my visit. Knowledgeable, genuine, and good senses of humour.
