Decathlon Box Hill

Great store. Bought a bike and they assemble it for you in store for free. Was there just before closing and that didn’t faze any of the staff.

There is no customer service at all here at this store. Staff is very very rude and unhelpful. There is an Asian old guy with glasses and he is very rude to kids. My son was trying on a pair of roller skates there and someone (it's very likely their staff) just threw my son's shoes into rubbish bin. I believe the store footage has captured that unacceptable behaviour. This is my formal complaint on it.

A really fun and interactive store. Large of range of sporting goods. You can play with lots of sporting goods such as table tennis, archery and even test out rollerblades really enjoyable store to walk around and explore

Very bad customer service each time but this time was the worst. The checkout desk was so messy, laptop, many phones, lipstick, water bottle.during my checkout i felt like i was disturbing them talking together without any care of their customers. I inform them that their desk was very messy bit didnt care, only focus on their weekend plan or whatever. Its clearly not the standard im used in France.

Today was the first time I visited this store and my experience was amazing. Store is huge, clean and tidy. The item I wanted to buy was sold out. However, I had the most amazing shop assistant, Paula helping me today with my purchase. Great experience happy to become a member!

The cashier was so rude he work super slow and the staff their don’t wanna talk to me when i ask them.

A really nice place to shop sport equipments. I bought some accessories for my new ebike, and tried shooting arrows in the store. So many fun things to do there. Registered membership will get a $10 coupon, but somehow I didn't receive it.

Both my partner and I loved the experience there. Big thank you to Morgan, he is super friendly, patient and helpful. He helped us with choosing the perfect bike and the matching bike accessories. Really appreciate his help!

To the owners of Decathlon, great stores in Aus.products ready available to try and get them after. The staff in Box Hill store are diligent with their customer service work and look after customers at high standards. It was a proven experience and happy shopping.

Could not get a simple order right!
I was notified of an item coming back into stock. I ordered immediately on Thursday and it had stock available in many surrounding stores. Box Hill was the closest so naturally it was the one i selected.
I was notified shortly the item was ready for pick up.
I went to pick up on Saturday and was told they couldn't find my item and had sold the last one that day. (probably mine)
Staff were not very helpful and only offered a refund even though stock was showing in other stores interstate.
I asked one be shipped down and staff said they will try. I have not heard back since and they are probably just hoping the auto refund will kick in from non collection.

**UPDATE**
Staff member was able to have my order posted from another store directly to my home address.
Upgraded my rating, however the problem could have been better handled rather than just offering a refund due to their own error.

I love that you can take your time and try things on at Decathlon! We had an issue at the checkout counter lady er were there and the clerk was really understanding, much appreciated!

An incredibly positive shopping experience at Decathlon Box Hill. Somaiah was particularly helpful with printing on a backpack. Good upbeat music to listen to whilst I was waiting.

Everyone pay attention to check your account in this shop, they sometimes charge you two in a row, and do not pay you back, it is a black shop

Lovely spacious store with easy parking. Best of all is the very kind and helpful Jake (who should be employee of the year: please give him a bonus). Jake’s customer service was what prompted me to return to buy 2 bicycles here! Thank you! I would give Jake 7 stars if I could

Absolutely amazing sports shop! It is a massive warehouse full of lots of sports items varying from bikes to beach stuff. And it is all at a nice low price. Unlike other stores it freely allows you to test it's items such as table tennis, archery, basketball, bikes, scooters, scate boards and more. This is a feature I loved. This is better than any other spots store I know. I would highly recommend it

Great variety of roller blades and skates. We are shopping for a pair of roller blades. My daughter can try a few different ones and pick the one that suits her better. She ended up getting the one with ABEC 3 bearing because she is an intermediate.

I visited the store with my kids to get them ready for school camping. The staff were all friendly and it was easy to find someone to ask when I needed it. Especially Audrey was very helpful and her customer service was excellent. I could feel that she really cares about the needs of her customers.

They got many stuff, but most of the time I visit the store sizes are not available.even if they are listed online as available stock, I mostly have to come without the once I wanted and buying different stuff
