KIDS SHOES - DONT GO! Bad service.went to the kids shoes section a plus size lazy lady at the shoes screamed at me dont touch her shoes and wait for her.and bad service from there onwards. DJ kids shoes lady your service was really poor.not good for david jones image.

Old and unappealing store with lots of tired stock at stratospheric prices. Seems like there are not enough suckers in this part of town because the store was deserted and this is less than 2 weeks before xmas.
Good luck to them.they will need it.

Today I asked an Industrie clothing worker for a size of a tshirt not on the racks and she said she would need to find it after 3 were on the system. She came back and started charting to her colleague and forgot about me. I give up, you have lost the sale.

A high end department store like this ought to have more staff for service. I hope they have a lot more visible staff over Christmas or they will lose trade to stores that do.
Great quality and range with good discounts on some items.

Beautiful store as all DJs are. Spacious and very clean. Higher end products and prices but certainly quality.

The staff need to be shown how to take a lay-by payment at the registers, it took three staff before we found one that could take a payment

I went into David Jones specifically looking for some make up and was clearly looking and trying different makeup but the staff were completely inattentive, one lady was on a call for 20 mins while the others just stood around. This is totally why I shop online instead. How hard is it to ask a customer ' can I help you find something? ' Would never go back.

Not a huge range of products compared to other stores, but staff are helpful and parents room is a very useful addition
