Crowne Plaza Melbourne

Second time in town, and second time at Crowne Plaza. Newly renovated rooms, several options breakfast, kind staff and super well located if you are coming to an event at Melborne Convention Centre. The view from my room.

Even though they were doing renovations in the public areas.everyone was so pleasant and out to please.

However there was no toothpaste in the room Which was a bit disappointing as it was assumed there would be toothpaste and only having one robe in the room was a bit annoying as I had to share

We booked the Skyline Room that gave us fantastic views down the river and of the NYE fireworks. The staff were very helpful, despite the pressure of a full hotel on NYE. The manager Alister was an excellent problem solver and very hospitable. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend this Hotel.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in October 2018.
Fast check-in and check-out. Staff were very professional. Staff throughout the hotel were very good.
Our room was very nice, clean and tidy with good view of the river.
Great location to stay, convenient to most attractions in Melbourne.

The hotel is undergoing an upgrade, some of their stuff may look a but dated. But overall the service was excellent and my stay was comfortable

There was goid service, which was good cuz the place was pretty big. The toilets are great as well, very clean and well designed.

Clean, tidy room but that's it. Buffet breakfast is okay but wouldn't recommend room service or dinner in the restaurant, as food here pretty averages. Also my credit card got charged twice and than I had to call to get my money back.

Well located, walking distance to Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre. Main entrance is on a ramp and can be tricky to find for taxis. About 25-35 minute drive from the airport.

The newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable, but a little small. The door opens almost on to the bed. Nice flat screen TV.

Breakfast was $29 if paid in advance. Good variety buffet and nice coffees.

Friendly staff. Can arrange transport by car to airport for a flat rate of $65.

Good experience, nice staff, rooms are a tad on the small side for the price but that's fine unless you're looking for pure value for money. Its a good location, especially if you have an event at the conference Centre which is a 2 min walk away.

Perfect place to stay while in Melbourne - friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Will try to stay here again when I'm back next year.

Do not order food at the hotel! In room dining was below average. Food unbeatable. Breakfast not the level you expect for this type of hotel. Room was good. Very comfortable bed. Great location.

Check in and check out were both smooth and straight forward with our bags arriving at the room within minutes of us after checkin.
