A great shop to find some rare pop culture loot!
If you have interest in Square Enix, Dragon Ball, Kingdom Hearts or Harry Potter, Critical Hit is a great place for you to find collectables or print t-shirts.
Staff were super friendly. Prices aren't cheap, but you'll be hard pressed to find some of these items at other shops in Australia!

I ordered my partners Christmas present online at like 2: 00pm and I received the package first thing the next morning! I've always enjoyed CH and their products!

I ordered a 3DS and a game from this shop, online. The delivery date was for 17 of this month, I received it 3 days early. It's was carefully packed and sealed in the box and in excellent condition when I unboxed them. The 3DS and game run perfectly too. It was a genuine and very trustworthy online shopping experience. Loved it, would order from them again.

This place is awesome! It's a hidden gem just off Elizabeth and has all kinds of great stuff that would either be hard to find anywhere else or hard to get here in Australia. Was greeted today when me and partner came in by the Asian employee and he was super nice and cheerful. You guys have great, friendly and helpful staff and it makes it such a lovely experience to shop with you guys!

The store is amazing! So many products including games, mystery boxes, trinkets, gifts everything! The prices are very reasonable too and staff are so colourful and interactive! One or two have been a little shy until you reach the counter, but I just love the environment the store gives!

Used to stock more stuff then what they do now. More pop vinyls then anime stock. Not the same as it used to be.

The inside of the place changes faster than the stairs of Hogwarts however the jams, service and the vibe are exceptional from the moment you walk in to the day you leave to go about your business. Kudos to the explanation of the game "Fall Out" and the creation of vault tech explanation from one of the employee's.

Great reasonable prices for imported goods. The only downside is that the store is a bit small and cosy, and can get stuffy during it's peak times.

Good stock. Only real negative is the price gouging on some items. CD may be expensive in Japan but they are not $60 expensive. Same goes for Figma figurines.
