Ordered some Tokyo Revengers merch online, two things were missing but I emailed them and they replied straight away and sent out the two missing things within like an hour, great customer service and I loved the little bag everything came in!

Great place to get anime figures and some mangas, they are a little on the pricy side though, also great customer service!

Great shop for trading cards and collectibles.

Currently back into collecting Pokemon cards and this place though not a great range, it did have some Japanese packs that I haven't seen before and all prices were great compared to others I've seen.

Additionally had this cool lucky dip concept where you purchase a ticket that has a random prize which my partner enjoyed and was lucky enough to walk away with one of the better prizes.

All in all, great experience.

After a couple of unpleasant customer service situations I had with a specific staff member I said I was never going back. Unfortunately, the Pop Vinyls I'm looking for are always there and with plenty of stock. I saw online they got stock of a couple Demon Slayer ones I was chasing for a long time so I decided to give it a last chance. It didn't dissapointed at all!

As soon as I crossed the door a staff member that I've never seen before was welcoming customers very energic. He assisted me getting the Pops I was looking for and for the first time in a long time I left the store very happy. As someone that works in customer service I gotta say: Arca's customer service is in another level, very helpful, great vibe and a positive attitute. Thanks for your help today.

Rude staff member. Came here to look around and buy manga.

My partner went to grab something off the top of the shelf (he’s 6”3) to look at and the lady at the front counter screamed at him to ask for someone to get it down with a ladder.

Even though it was accessible for him. Really rude and embarrassing as the whole shop turned to look at us.

If there was an issue, she could’ve approached us rather than yell at ya across the store.

Not a lot of stock of anime figures manly demon slayer and a few other's would've like to have seen more from different anime, s but a good store to visit when in the city

There is a lot packed in to a small shop and there were quire a few people so we didn't stick around much. A bit overpriced too.

I had the worst customer service experience in my whole life from this store. Yesterday I had gone to the store to collect some anime collectables and when I went to the counter to pay for the item, the lady over the counter talked rudely and acted as if i am a shop lifter which made me feel really bad because all I wanted was to have a good day with my friend and it was ruined by the the lady over the counter with her racist behaviour. I have gone to this store earlier many times and i have never experienced this kind of treatment and this was the first time that i experienced something like this and i wasn't supposed to be treated like this. I experienced a pure form of racism and colour discrimination from this shop which i wouldn't want any of my friends to have who are a regular customer in the store to have ever in their life. People should be careful before hiring stuffs because i didn't deserve to be treated like a outcast infront of everyone in that store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever.

Friendly, attentive staff. A great go-to place for all things animé (with a decent range of Dungeons & Dragons products to boot). Prices are moderate ($30-$50 for original, quality Pokemon plushies).

The collection of printed publications on animé is impressive, as are the guides and manuals for various video games of a similar flavour.

A person could pass an hour or two here browsing, no problem, despite the compact nature of the store. There's not much room to maneuver the aisles, as they've squeezed as much great merchandise into the store as possible.

If you can handle the crowded city streets and astronomical parking fees nearby, then this store is a must-see for collectors and enthisiasts of animé.)

This store is amazing, they always have so much Pokémon merch, and I am always tempted to spend way too much money here when I'm in Melbourne.

Always a good experience here. Friendly nerdy staff that know what's happening and always able to help or have a chat. Fresh stock always rotating through, always good finds.

Hands down the best store in Melbourne for rare official merchandise imports.
Prices are fair and often better than other pop culture counterparts in Melbourne.

I mostly go for the latest Pokemon items, art books and collector edition music cds and games. Never been let down and I've been going for 10 years now!

Thanks to Critical Hit for ensuring safe delivery of my pre-ordered Figma. I was a bit stressed about ordering it for delivery (free with preorder) but happy to see it arrived safely packaged with lots of bubble wrap and air packs in a large box. I initially received an email advising me that the delivery had been pushed back to June due to manufacturers delays but was surprised to get a dispatch email the next day! Would definitely order again.

If you are looking for pokemon or other anime and manga items, come here! There are often full collections of manga, but not a large variety.alot of the items here can be overpriced for what you are getting.

One of the good pop culture brick and mortar stores in Melbourne. Friendly staff on some days, great selection of goods but at the expense of some hefty prices (which can be somewhat justified due to the exclusive range of goods). Refunds and exchange policy is quite trash for what you should expect for a shop with huge competition via other online stores.
