It's a good place if you're into more mainstream media, the workers are helpful and you can ask them anything. Prices are fair. Recommend if you're looking to buy relatively popular anime merch!

Prices for some things are a little steep, but overall a pretty nice and cozy anime and manga shop.

i was actually really surprised at the selection of figures there, farrr more than expected and really decent prices too! Although i'll admit, other things like the plushies, blindboxes, and other trinkets were pretty steeply priced, but nothing too absurd.as a miku collector, i was pretty satisfied with the amount of miku figures! I would looove to see more miku/vocaloid merch there tho:)

I went there a few days ago and had a pretty good shopping experience!
The customer service was great. I asked one of the workers if they had anything related to a certain series, and even though he was telling me about how everything was sold out, he was so energetic that I didn't really feel all that disappointed.
That guy's enthusiasm was literally contagious, he even cracked a pun at some point while I was at the register. What a cool guy!
Other than that the store is crazy cramped, but I'll be sure to come again during a time where there aren't too many customers to squish up against near the shelves!

Supportive staff, not a large range of anime figures to get, but the others make up for it. Generally pretty cheap

Super lovely staff members and an extremely wide range of gaming and anime merchandise. Trading cards, plushies, figures, statues, trinkets, pop vinyls, all neatly sorted in their own sections. I can't wait for them to get a bigger shop as it is a bit crowded in there!

Honestly had such a wholesome experience at this store today. I was greeted by a very optimistic and enthusiastic guy at the front who was very keen to help me find what I wanted. He also was prepared to help us find anything we needed at the store. It's always nice when the sales assistants have actually watched the anime, and this guy told some very funny jokes. I am very happy with the customer service.
In terms of products, they sell a lot of Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, Pokemon, Tokyo Revengers, and many other series (even the niche ones). Lots of Q-Poskets and little blind bags to choose from. There's also large-scale figures and manga to choose from. There's also some cute custom terrariums you can buy. Would definitely recommend this place to any anime enthusiast!

Staff are always so kind and welcoming! Always ready to help! And such a great selection of anime merch, one of my favourite stores!

As soon as I got the store I was greeted politely, even while browsing the store they were constantly polite and never treated me badly. When I had chosen to buy some manga they treated so kindly while I was checking out, they even made a cool anime reference when I was leaving. They had a very large choice of items to choose from like stickers, manga, figures, magnets and key chains. I would recommend critical hit to you as I believe it is a 10 out of 10 out of all the stores I have been to in my life time.

Like others have mentioned at times it can be a bit hard to freely move around the store, but despite this they have a great range of stock! I got a nice figure here, as well as Genshin Impact gachapon!

They say Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth, but I wish to disagree and say Critical Hit is. Amazing experience.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Wide range of selection despite being a small store. A+ Oh if you are not local and are looking for the store they don't have a sign. Just look for the merch in the window on the street and you found it!

Friendly staff. Huge variety of merch. Ordering online from them has always been fast and easy too.

All of the staff here have been lovely on all my visits. But that one fellow who wishes you a plus ultra day each time you see him, is an absolute joy. Also a super good range of stuff. I especially love the gachas!

Great store! Albeit a little small it has heaps of goodies! If you’re in the CBD you should pop in!
