63Very subpar service from start to finish. Receptionists who have no idea what's going on, and Drs who can be patronising and rude.
If I could give less than one star I would. I waited an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. I was told by reception at the 45 minute mark that I would be next in and that the doctor had simply forgotten me. At the hour mark I was told that it wouldn't be long. Half an hour later I was seen. Completely ridiculous! Not even an apology from reception or the doctor.
Absolutely ridiculous. Took a day off work for an ultrasound, the imaging place said they would deliver to doctors office. The doctors office on arrival of the courier refused to accept the images at which point the imaging group rang to say that I will need to collect them myself which will mean more time off for me and delay for any possible treatment. Reasoning they don't have the storage. Had they accepted I would have made an appointment tonight and could collect. Defies all logic.
