Doctor Huda and Dr El-Koury are well trained professionals. Dr Huda has experience with babies and follows Swiss baby food protocol. I love it!

I usually see Dr Richard Cai who I am very happy with. He is super caring, takes his time to listen and is very thorough in his diagnosis and future steps and advice. There have been a lot of new doctors on board over the last 6 months who I’ve also seen who also have this same energy. Since this practise has stopped bulk billing, lots of the new doctors have been great. The nurses and reception are also excellent and really go above and beyond to help you if you are really in need. It’s hard to find good doctors, but there are lots here! Recommend!

Don't go to this practice! My pensioner father was a patient for over 10 years. Like others we have found the treatment from the practice recently very unprofessional. We saw Dr Matthew Wilson for years and will now follow him to his new practice. Dr Al-Saffar recently looked after my father and has bulk billed him on a Saturday. However recently I had a phone consultation for blood test results for my father (he has dementia). We were charged $90 without being told this was the case. Apparently it took Dr Al-Saffar ages to locate the results (not really our problem). We called to discuss this with management who put us on to the doctor who was abusive because we tried to discuss the fees with him. They seem to have no compassion for a pensioner who is on limited funds. Like others we have a problem that the practice is not transparent with when fees will be charged. They told me it is a 'privilege' when the doctor does not charge. It is just difficult when you have had this every time you go there and are not told when it will change and why. Happy to pay if we need to, you just need to let people know. Its just the professional way to run a business and avoids upset people like us and the other complaints I can see on these reviews. Good luck to this business, they will need it. No wonder good doctors like Dr Wilson have left. As well as many long term loyal patients.

Have been seeing Dr. Hamsa for a few years now, and get customer service and empathy is second to none. She has me feeling as though all my concerns are addressed and have recently visited her with my newborn which made for a very comforting experience.

This place is home to the best doctor of all time. Dr Hannah El-khoury. I have been seeing him my whole life! He has helped me out every time I saw him. Never once did he disappoint or make a mistake! Best doctor ever!

Dont bother with this clinic. I've been a patient with CFC for near 10 years. This place has definitely gone down hill. High reception & nursing staff turnover, which has been challenging to deal with the staff at times as they are always being trained up and missing important things. I even had the nurse laugh at me about my health care plan - I'm actually quite disgusted. To top it off, everytime I have the first doctors appointment in the morning the doctor is always an hour late! Reception stating they havent even arrived yet! What the? ! My time is just as Important. For a medical centre that now charges top dollar, they are acting like a very poorly run bulk billing centre. I've already changed clinics. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Showed up for an 8.30am appointment this morning to be advised that I didn't have one even though i received a message when i booked it online that it was confirmed and when i booked it, the system asked for my credit card details! Apparently i needed to receive another text message the day before to confirm. I DIDNT GET ONE! Reception staff booked me another on the spot, they indicated that i should get a text message NOW that i have a booking. STILL DIDNT GET ONE! Do you understand people are busy, why do i need to follow up with you when i receive a message upon booking the appointment, it clearly indicates in the message that its confirmed! And i just booked one with you in person and i need to confirm again? And now i need to follow up you guys for a confirmation.ridiculous, system needs to be corrected! I am time poor as it is.don't have much faith in this system! Reception staff not very sympathetic and seemed to shrug it off with some attitude! Please investigate the issue with your booking system, cant afford to waste my time again!

LRichard may be the only savings grace to this clinic. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a simple result. Each time I’m met with the most unenthusiastic reception who verbally comes across as deer in headlights. I’d expect this level of care from a bulk-billed clinic. I empathise with the level of pressure the clinic must face, but still feel that my money is very poorly spent here.

Further to the above, the clinic lost my holster monitor results, but haven’t informed me. I missed an appointment that was (from my perspective, a mis-understanding). Only to get an email with an MRI result from more than a year ago instead of my results. Ultimately it cost me making half a dozen phone calls, 50$ out of pocket for no results, and a-matter-of-fact attitude from reception as per usual.

Waited over an hour for an appointment and have a valid concession card and was charged $70 then when I call they say no refund. What a joke of a clinic been going for years but never again!

I have attended CFC for over 11yrs and I wish I had somewhere else to go.
I have just called for an appointment today (Friday) to be told to CALL BACK AT 9AM to see if they can fit me in tomorrow! How is that ok? As they only accept walk ins on Saturday apparently?

This used to be 5 star review due to Matthew Wilson who's now left. Looks like Ill be taking my daughters and myself elsewhere as well.

I seen one of their doctors last week who told me their main doctor would see me my occupational therapist called in advance to check I would be seen due to medications I was put on by pain specialist however I was phoned on the day being told he would not see me I was given one of three medications last week and told to make do till I see their main doctor now I do not have enough pain medication to last and no doctor I am left to suffer there’s no complete family care here what a fraud! I will be complaining to the health commissioner

Was a patient here for many years and can definitively say, there were only a couple of good tenant doctors during that time.

The current staff are all burnt out, which ultimately gets taken out as contempt on the patients who deserve to be treated with respect and decent medical care.

Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Dr Matthew Wilson is the best Dr I have ever been treated by. He is highly professional, empathetic, thorough and extremely capable. I work in the healthcare industry and its very very rare to meet a male Dr with such an excellent bedside manner.

This is a complaint about their Reception staff, as I couldn't even get through to them. I called 3 times in a row. During the 3 times, I was waiting at least 7 minutes, listening to a recording saying I was 4th in line, 3rd in line and so on. In all 3 times, as soon as someone answered the phone, they hang up. What kind of service is this that you just hang up on people seeking medical appointments repeatedly? Do better!

First went to this medical centre more than 20 years ago, and have never had a bad experience with one of the doctors. Dr El Khoury and more recently Dr Pietas Nayamayaro are exceptionally good GPs - thorough, always listen and explore a health problem, and never rush. Importantly, they don't over prescribe which I experienced with GPs in the USA and UK.

Have been back regularly here over the years to do lots of pregnancy related checks and have been well looked after. They really do everything here and now my whole family is under their care. I’ve seen at least 5 doctors regularly including Dr Pietus and they are honestly all great and knowledgeable. Reception are excellent too - in my experience there’s only been a negative incident with them because I came in late by booking the wrong time.
