Terrible. Used to be ok but gone downhill. Long wait times, even with an appointment. Rude staff. Insensitive Doctors. Lack of care. Not thorough. Recently booted out of my appointment after ten minutes stating maximum ten min appointments, although this was not the case in the past and they don't ask how long you need an appointment for when you book or show up. However they charged Medicare the higher Level C rate (consults of at least 20 minutes) as I asked for the bulk bill assignment of benefit form.

Been seeing Dr Wade since he started, whole family goes there, staff excellent, couldnt ask for anything more, complete package.

Used to be a well run little clinic. Since the renovations, they have forgotten how to run a smooth system. Much better options available in the local area. On the plus side, they usually have more availability, unfortunately, that probably due to everyone choosing to go elswhere

I’m just really disappointed in the way I was treated by my doctor. I was limping with a slipped disc with no help from him. The ease at which I got oxycodone was alarming. He was writing the script before I even finished explaining what I had wrong. When I got up he just sat there with no emotion.

I thought doctors were here for the people

Dr Sana and dr Julia are extremely rude! I emailed this clinic about these 2 doctors and how rude they were and act (when i told them I never done.test in my life the way they act was horrified! One of them said: heh! Where are you from?) but this clinic never emailed me back to even apologise for this behaviour.
I don't recommend this clinic to any one specially to women!

Great professionals but extremely poorly run. Having to wait 1 hour is not fair, and if you call 20 minutes before your appointment, they still won't tell you if doctor is on schedule or running late. If my GP was on another facility, I wiule stop coming here.

Just went there for emergency. My 2 years old daughter’s finger was hurted with a door, was red and cut. The receptionist refused to let us to see gp even after I explained her the situation. So rude. Went to different medical centre and they were happy to see my little daughter without an appointment.

Fantastic medical clinic. Open 7 days a week, late nights during the week and they bulk bill. I have always received outstanding service from all of the doctors and staff and they can accommodate last minute bookings. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait when they’re busy but at least they don’t rush you out the door!

I gave this practice a shot a few times and each experience was worse than before. My latest experience left me disgusted. Dr. Sana at Complete Family Care is terribly insensitive. I would like to think she was just having a bad day, but I think she needs to rethink her career choice. Doctors should be able to show empathy and kindness. She did the complete opposite. Appalling!

I had an appointment this week with Dr. Pietas Nyamayaro or Dr Pietas as she likes to be called and she was so lovely. Even though I was feeling unwell she made me feel so much better and even had time for a chat as well as a check.

Very bad experience. I phoned ahead to check if the doctor I was seeing was running on time or behind, so I could adjust my arrival time and thus minimise my time waiting. I got a very unhelpful and rude response from the receptionist on the phone. She said "yes she is behind", so I responded by asking if I should come in a few minutes later, she then said "ok we can reschedule you're appointment for you". I didn't want to reschedule my appointment, I was perfectly able to attend at the time I had pre-arranged, it was the doctor who was unable to keep that time. I merely wanted to have some idea of whether I would be waiting a long time. She continued to be rude and unhelpful. She also said "I don't know if she (the doctor) is actually even here yet" - this is 10 mins prior to my appointment. How is she so behind 10 minutes prior to my appointment if she is not even at the clinic yet? I kept my appointment, hoped it would be better upon my arrival. It was not. All reception staff, particularly the young woman downstairs, had a very poor manner and were quite rude. I ended up waiting 50 minutes. Very poorly run and terrible service from reception staff. Will not return.

Excellent, In all the years we have had reason to c our dr Malekzadeh and when he was't available other doctors were equally very good also the rest of the staff. My pardner and I r always full of praise when talking to family and friends

Dr Goyal is an absolute saint. Most wonderful caring doctor I have ever been to. Brilliant with kids and adults alike. The wait time here can be a little long but that's because the doctors do not rush you out the door!

Awful place, which seems more like a money grab than a medical practice. Besides that, the service is reprehensible. Made an appointment for my daughter who was in a lot of pain and was left waiting for over 50mins as they finished a meeting which sounded a lot like a chrtistmas party. Receptionist wasn't bothered or offered any assistance at all. Left for another doctors and will never go there again.

This is the best medical centre in the inner west region. My family and I have gone to others over the many decades of living in Newport and every single experience we have had at Complete Family Care has been thorough and very professional.

I made an appointment last week. Was seen within 10 minutes from being there. I was in and out very quickly. I found the reception crew to be friendly and professional. I dont have a problem re going back

With the attitude shown to me by Dr. Pietas Nyamayaro and very unprofessional front staff.had an appointment at 7: 20pm but had to wait till 8: 25.was initially informed it will only be $60 for consultation charge as it was befor 8pm but once we finished we were made to pay $70 and when we said we said to the reception "you are the one who told us its $60 but why now we have to pay $70" then she came up with answer "it is from doctor, i am doing what doctor is saying". ZERO professionalism from both Doctor and Reception. Never again and don't recommend to anyone.that 1 star is because i had to for this review otherwise i would give none.

I have been attending this clinic for years. Doctors Goyal and Malekzadah are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend

The doctor was an idiot who said that I would be fine taking a certain anti biotic. He was wrong and because of that my infection became so bad I ended up in hospital.

Doctors wouldn't make me a double appointment when I told there was space available by the receptionist, she instead wanted me to come back on another day. I also experienced rude, uninformed receptionists on multiple occasions. Will not be going back.
