Could not be more disgusted with my time with these doctors, They are completely incompetent, doctors who are supposed to be General Practitioners, one said she only specialised with children and could not help me. Another saying she couldn't work with what my specialist had outlined. The receptionist are great still not enough for me to overlook their doctors in this so called GP practice

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The doctor told me that I wasn’t welcome back at the practice because of my medical condition. Disgusting discrimination! Stay away from this place!

Do not come to this place. They don't really care their patient. You have to sit outside the building or in your car for the appointment.

Lady behind the counter told me to sit and wait. After patiently waiting for almost an hour, I walked up to her and asked if it'd take much longer. She said I was supposed to speak to the other receptionist behind the other counter next to hers and that I waited for nothing. She acted rudely like it was my own stupid decision to wait for no reason and took no responsibility in wasting my time.

The receptionists are very rude nowadays! Not sure what happened to them during the pandemic! They are rude, aggressive and unprofessional! I think this needs to be seriously looked at! I try to not put negative comments against any business because it harms them. So I am happy to change my review when things become normal again.

Beware of the constant inconsistent clinic. Been using them for 5 years. I saw a doctor here in October 2020 about a lump, doctor told me I was okay. Dec 2020 Christmas day I was rushed to ER as I couldn't move as a result of the lump.

After having a follow-up surgery I came to the clinic last week and got really good service. Came in today to hear that my appointment was cancelled with conflicting statements with everybody that I spoke with.

Yes mistakes do happen but the constant unprofessionalism and rude staff at the front + phone really take away from what used to be a really good clinic.

Doctor El Koury recognised early stages of cancer in two family member's and I believe saved their lives.

Dr pietas has no empathy for mental health and I went they’re to speak about my anxiety and she made my anxiety go through the roof once I entered her room. She’s has no compassion and wrote me a referral that had a spelling mistake on every second word.

The GPs and nurses I have seen here have always been helpful and proactive. They do thorough investigations of issues my husband or I have raised. It's professionally run and you get timely reminders.

This group of doctors are exceptional. If you don't make an appointment there may be a wait, but guess what? Good doctors are in demand, so plan ahead and give them time to fit you in. I have never been disappointed by any of the doctors I have seen there and would rather wait for an appointment when they are busy than go elsewhere! Keep up the great work!

Clinic is running very well, appointments easy to book on their online system too. Thank you. I’ve seen several of the doctors here, more recently Dr Richard. All very positive experiences.

Was so refreshing to see such a nice knowledgeable doctor and was worried it would be hard to find being née to the area.
Dr Huda was amazing with my 2 year old and took extra care to examine her and provide extensive information instead of trying to rush you out the door like other clinics. Very impressed and will returning

I recently moved to this area and found the staff incredibly helpful and nice. I have since been twice and found both doctors to be extremely experienced and understanding. I never usually write reviews however I felt the need to share how impressed I was. Keep up the good work!

Can you leave a 0 star? Honestly speaking, some of the doctors at this clinic are okay. So if you need an appointment here urgently, book with Dr. Hana or Dr. Waid, they are great and very knowledgeable. I have not seen any of the newer doctors (so this is not based on them). HOWEVER, Dr Pietas is a joke. She told my mum nothing was wrong with her, told her to stop being a sook. My mum never complained, so I knew something was wrong and got a second opinion from another clinic, and turns out mum had LUEKEMIA (BLOOD CANCER). She does not take her patients seriously, and will tell you off for wasting her time (if its a small issue). THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Whatever issue you have, you should feel comfortable going to your doctor. I did call the clinic and put in a complain about her, and the boy at the reception desk was really nice about it. This is just not okay, if I didn't get a second opinion, mum could have died.

The only positive about this place is Dr Matthew Wilson, he is amazing.

However I had to make a last minute appointment today and the only doctor available was Dr Pietas and she is the least compassionate and most rude person I've ever met. All I wanted was a prescription that I'd previously had, which she told me I wasn't eligible for, and a mental health plan which was hard enough to do without her judgement and basically telling me that I don't need it and that I should see another doctor. No empathy at all and should not be working working with people. I was already in a vulnerable place and I left there worse than I went in. I can see why she always has appointments available.

Since Dr Goyal left I didn't want to come to this clinic though I've found that Dr Wilson is just as caring as Dr Goyal.

I’ve come to this clinic a few times as it’s convenient. In this time, as a diabetic, I have been patronised by every male doctor that I’ve seen. I required an emergency script to simply be forwarded (not issued) - the young naive doctor refused to forward it without a blood test and the receptionist didn’t return my call for over an hour because she forgot. I have had diabetes for 22 years, too long to be treated like a child and having a doctor put my health at risk to make an arbitrary point. God complex at its finest.

Great doctors and helpful reception staff. They take walks in, and can usually accommodate same day appointments. Bulk billing also!

Doctor put the wrong name on the script. Now im waiting at the chemist for over 45 min and its still not sorted.
