63Do NOT go there. They have a system where you have to pay more if your consultation is 21-24 minutes, 25-29 minutes and 30-39 minutes. Give me a break! Most in the city have a flat rate up to 30 minutes. Plus Collins Street Medical Centre DON'T WARN YOU before the appointment. They just tell you after the consultation you have to pay more (Lady on the phone said I should have checked the website!). Sneaky. I'm telling everyone I know not to get here, 500+ people at my work in the city. Word will spread.
I've been seeing Dr. Amanda Nutting as my GP since 2014, shortly after moving to Australia and getting disappointed by the service at a bulk-billing clinic. Since then she has managed my various and often complex health needs. When she is not available for urgent needs I have also been happy with the other doctors I consulted with at the practice.
I've been a long time patient at this practice. I have wonderful rapport with my doctor and the rest of the staff is warm and friendly. I believe that their concern is my health. If my doctor is not available then one of the other doctors can see me while having my medical history at hand.
