Probably the best medical practice I have ever been too. Extremely efficient from booking the appointment, to registration, reception and the Doctor was excellent. Thank you for the outstanding and relaxing session!

Dr Vicki Nahamkes has been my GP for 12 years and I've followed her around Melbourne practices throughout my time as her patient, she truly cares and has a very kind thoughtful approach. The current practice is on par with other medical centres, its a professional spacious environment with recent additions of decoration & art for the kids. Could not recommend Dr Vicki or the practice more highly.

Terrible service from nurse.
I have a severe cough 4 weeks post Covid. The nurse heard me coughing in the waiting room & claimed the Dr will not want to see me with a cough, although that was precisely why I was there, to find a cure for this cough. I also confirmed I was Covid free.
I understand people are worried about Covid symptoms, but I expected better behavior & professionalism from a private practice. To top it off I had to pay for a rushed consult.
The nurse was harsh in her delivery & showed no warmness or sympathy for my condition, she made me feel like a reject/burden when I was clearly already in pain. If you’re a medical professional then you should have more compassion when dealing with patients. The aim is to make people feel better, not worse.

I've been coming to this clinic for several years now, I find the staff attentive and helpful. Dr. Vicki Nahamkes is amazing and really cares about her patients:)

Got my kids covid vaccine at this center and what a smooth experience. Very warm staff - the kid didnt even notice that the vaccine has been administered. Also the nurse who checked on our kid after the vaccination was great too - she went out of her way to make the child comfortable. Def returning for my kids next vaccination too. Highly recommended for any parent who are little anxious about their little one taking the jab.

I got my vaccine appointment and they just call me on the last minute to cancel my booking because i don’t have a good reason to get a Pfizer vaccine! All the vaccine after they open have to throw away everyday why don’t give to people who want it!
If there’s option for me to rate 0, I would go for that. Really poor customer service, the receptionist answered my call spoke rudely,

Rang my doctor of 20 years to get a referral to a special renewed (it needs to be updated annually). Was told i had to pay $90 for a tele-health consult. Literally there is NOTHING for the doctor to do because it relates to a genetic medical condition which they know about. All they need to do it fax an updated referral. I offered to pay for them to fax it or pay a fee but was told I had to undertake a full tele-health consult and pay full fee. That is not providing a health service it is an administrative service. By all means charge a fee but wasting time of the doctor and myself in a consult and charging full fee is total rort.

The nurse cancelled our covid 19 vaccination without permission or consultation with us. With today's vaccinations rates so low and us trying to do the right thing for the whole community by getting vaccinated its crazy that she cancelled our appointment without consulting us. I will be making a formal complaint to the appropriate government channels through our doctor. The nurse had NO right to cancel our appointments without our permission. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

If there’s option for me to rate 0, I would go for that. Really poor customer service, the receptionist answered my call spoke rudely, ran out of her patience in just 1 mins to hang up my call with no appointment made for me.

Booked a telehealth appointment. Got a text asking me to confirm a telephone consult. Nobody called for my appointment. A receptionist then called me 1.5 hours later telling my I'd missed my appointment, it wasn't a telehealth appointment and it was so weird I had a text message saying it was. Did I want to reschedule? Mistakes happen, I understand. But it's a pretty major bug if your own system doesn't identify appointments properly. Especially if you're this expensive.

I booked my covid injection here last Tuesday - service was good and efficient - I then tried to call today as the site was still very painful - took all day to get through then I was left hanging on hold for over 5 mins - the receptionist could not have tried to get me off the phone quick enough - advised a nurse would call me back - still waiting - very bad look

I highly recommend Miranda Bradley, she is one of those rare doctors who truly cares about digging down and finding the cause of your illness instead of patching your symptoms. Having seen many doctors over the years I can attest that Miranda really is special, I feel extremely comfortable everytime I see her.

Stay Away From Here!
The Intercontinental Hotel in Melbourne set me up to see a 'doctor' here after reporting sexual harassment at work. The 'doctor' sent me to a psychiatrist who said there was no problem with me. The 'doctor' then said "good, you can go back to work now" (with the workmates I had reported).
When I questioned her decision, the 'doctor' then signed a medical certificated stating that the psychiatrist had diagnosed me with schizophrenia and I could not return to work there.
I will remove this post when the situation has been rectified.

Called up yesterday to try and make my first appointment. Receptionist made me feel like I was inconvenience to her day then snapped at me when she said she couldn’t hear me with “my bad reception”. Their first time appointment fee is higher than other centres so could they maybe treat patients with some respect. Decided to not go there as first impressions last.

Been going to this practice for 35+ years. Caring and efficient doctors. Give you the time needed for your condition unlike bulk bill practices that are more interested in throughput than patient care & have high turnover of doctors (have been to them too and never again). Highly recommended.

Have been coming here for years. Even thou it is a bit more expensive, the doctors service has been supreme as even my more complex medical issues are under control now.

My first appointment the staff was alright, but the second time they got this system down and didn’t inform me what’s going on and had to make me wait for pretty long time. When I checked for the fifth time, they just explained me the realy situation. My appointment was 8am, I arrived 15 mins earlier, so I could finish it on time, however it turned out disappointing.

So unprofessional and not caring at all. A lot of patients upset that morning. They were not being apologetic as well.

Unbelievable - $162 for 25min session. Since when can a practice rip people off so much. Average service that can easily be matched by any other GP. Seriously, 1st and last time I'm going there.

"Dr" Andrade projects as an arrogant quack. Advised antibiotics and anti-dandruff shampoo after being informed that I preferred an alternative to antibiotics and was informed that anti-dandruff shampoos will not help my condition. Be prepared to pay $92 for 15 mins and a pro-pharmaceutical mentality.
