I see Dr Rebecca for many years - an excellent, professional and very helpful doctor! Really happy and appreciate the quality of the professional service that received from her each time. The nurses are also very nice and helpful. However, to deal with one of the receptionist? In this clinic (Mary or somewhat) is very Unpleasant - she is impatient and a bit rude. Strongly recommend to assign her a new role if she is not happy to work as a receptionist.still, i will give 4 stars for those supportive and friendly staff.

Incompetent and cannot be trusted with patient data. I was on a waitlist for a Monkeypox vaccine and finally received a call booking in my appointment for the shot, one week later. I made the long journey via PT in for my appointment, arriving on-time, on the date advised, only to be told that there was no vaccine available and my appointment was cancelled. I was told the doctor had tired to call me to advise but my number had been copied incorrectly into “the system” despite me having already successfully receiving a call a week earlier. Little by way of apology. I understand the lack of supply of the vaccine (government responsibility) but the lousy administration of contact data and patient management is on this clinic.

Excellent medical practice with friendly staff. Runs to time and Dr George is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

Went for a supervised rat test and it was quick, easy and they were great. If I need to go to the doctor's in the city. I know where to go.

Dr Goodman is amazing! She has been our family doctor for more than 7 years now. Best doctor we ever had! Dr Goodman is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very caring. We highly recommend her.

I've seen Dr Kala for many years now and can highly recommend her. The team is welcoming & friendly. Big bonus is that you can get your blood tested, a flu vax etc all on site without having to arrange for a second appointment.

Fabulous clinic, made even better as the GP I see is very thorough and shares her knowledge helping me better understand my health and my options. The office team are always friendly and informative. An all round great clinic.

We now travel 2 hours for appointments since moving to to the country. The practice policies of appointment and test reminders along with online accessibility to results provides rare exceptional service. Well worth the trip.
