I’ve met so many rude gps/receptionists but this place is recommend if you’re looking for a GP. Very professional, helpful and polite and they actually listen to you. Dr Michael Taliercio was very helpful

This practice provides excellent service. My husband became ill while visiting from interstate and within an hour of my enquiring if he could make an appointment he had had a telephone consultation and been prescribed the appropriate medication. Both the receptionist and the doctor (Dr Michael) were outstanding for their helpful manner and efficiency.

I was quite surprised with all the kind and very professional staff members at this medical centre! From the smiley lady at the front desk! Amassing caring and professional gp and the nurse taking my blood samples every member super helpful! Highly recommend.

I've been travelling into town to see these Dr's for over 12 years.
First from Niddrie, then Epping and now Broadford.
The level of care and expertise is amazing!
Touch wood I don't usually have to see the Dr very often but I am always grateful for Collin St Medical Centre when I do have to.

Gr8 service to get last-minute Covid booster vac!
(The two vacc staff efficient but lacking in empathy. One lady was sarcastic to the point of rudeness.) I would definitely go to the medical practice again, though.

Dr Vicki Nahamkes is thorough, attentive and has the absolute best interests of her patient at heart. Could not recommend her or the practice more highly.

The doctors, nurses, pathologists and support staff are caring, professional and supportive. I and my family have had the kindness and support of the team throughout the COVID period and they were amazing despite having had an incredibly difficult period of their careers. I recommend and applaud their skill and thank them for being there for our community.

I've had Collins St medical as my main Dr's for years now and have aligned myself with Dr Goodman who is caring, nurturing and always so amazing for whatever I see her for. I would always highly recommend them if you are inner CBD and requiring a place that is amazing

past 13 years, she is always very welcoming and extremely thorough with anything I need advice with. I moved back to Warrnambool 11 years ago but will continue to come to Melbourne to see Amanda, well worth my trip down, she is an excellent Doctor

The staff -doctors and their support staff - offer A1 service, caring and very professional. The clinic is centrally located in the CBD and thus very accessible. Your healthcare couldn't be in better hands.

Friendly staff. Place has good positive vibes. Quick and easy process - I was in and out fairly quickly, considering there were a decent amount of other patients. No unnecessary waiting.
