Extremely slow service, unprofessional, bad English and waste of money. I book an appointment for 1: 10 pm and it's almost 50 min that I'm not called. My 6 months old needs milk but I can't breast feed her as there is no room vacant. They are terrible. I have came here few times but don't understand their English accent (Persian - Arabic accent). Will not come back

Doctor Hussain Suleman, worst doctor ever, I don’t understand how he got licensed, I had stomach aches and he refused to give a rx for Buscopan (OTC medicine) as he thought Buscopan needs authority to be prescribed, I tried to understand what’s his concern from giving me a prescription for Over the cointer medication, but he couldn’t justify it, instead he asked me to see my regular GP.
So, please if you’re healthy, in your twenties or thirties, and had some bloating do NOT see this doctor.
But, If you’re middle age and have regular medications doctor Hussain Suleman, will not be able to assist you, as he refused to prescribe over the counter medication.

I think this place needs new and mature receptionist. Not childish rude arrogant ones who don’t know what respect elderly people is. Observing them seemed as if they didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like your job then instead of being rude to people just quit Will Ya

The reception is quite rude and has no respect when answering back really disgusted with the treatment that I got today and surely has to be my last visit at this clinic

The doctors are amazing even though the receptionists are very rude and not professional at all. I asked them how long should I wait since I have been waiting 30 mins and they sent me to wrong consultating room at the back instead of going upstairs. They don't apologize and keep insisting they were right. I don't want to come back again because of the rude receptionists.

Occasionally there is a long wait, but I've always found the reception staff and doctors to be helpful and well informed

I have brought my mum a couple of times and Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Fatima were very attentive, spent good amount of time with her. Today one doctor was delayed on his schedule and once we arrived the receptionist indicated this and she found another doctor available in few minutes. It has been a good experience.

Had a bad experience. They just makes us wait for more than an Hour to see GP for a booked appointment.

Current reception staff are beyond unprofessional / straight up rude.
I've been coming to this practice for years, previous reception staff were fine, they were at least somewhat professional and answered the phones.

I tried calling several times yesterday, no answer, left my details and received no call back.
I walked in this morning and was told I could come back at 1pm, which was pretty good, but the receptionist still made a point to say I should have called a head.

I waited an hour, which is standard but by 2pm I asked if it might be much longer, to which both receptionists actually laughed at me. It genuinely shocked me how they responded.
They were acting like nasty teenage girls, both making comments that I should have asked sooner.

During my wait time I heard how both receptionists dealt with other clients and it really was repulsive, especially how they dealt with people who are not native English speakers and the elderly. They were openly mocking one lady because she wasn't quite understanding what was being said.

I'm sure being a receptionist for a medical facility can be frustrating at times, but there is no excuse for treating cliemts so poorly and acting so incredibly unprofessional.

The GPs can be hit or miss, really this place is only good for medical certificates and not much else. If you are looking for actual treatment/care, and not being talked down to by a lowly receptionist, go anywhere else. I'm done with it.

This place is awful. They cancel your appointments with no notice, and have a shoddy booking system which allows you to book appointments with doctors that aren't even available. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment that actually exists, be prepared to wait for an hour after your booking time.

I’ve been coming here for many years and have never had a rude encounter with reception staff before until today (2/7/22). Standing at the back of the line, I witnessed one of the reception staff (wearing glasses and had curly hair) making rude comments with horrible attitude to the people/elderlies in front of me. When it got to my turn, she got easily frustrated at me for absolutely no reason. I advise hiring reception staff that are more professional and have more empathy, especially when there are many elderlies that visit this centre.

And the wait time was more than 3 hours for just simple checkup.

IF YOU ARE SICK OR NEED GENUINE HELP, AVOID THIS DOCTOR.

This is easily the worst doctor in all of Melbourne. Unorganised, unprofessional and I wouldn't even be surprised if they are not even real doctors.

The "doctors" are very very bad. They will not suggest a remedy in the best interest of your health, they simply want

Today 2 hr wait with appointment and still didn't see the doctor I made appointment with

The reception might diagnose your baby with COVID over a phone call and might ask you not to come to the clinic in-person

Worst experience, I book a face to face appointment, while sitting in clinic dr call me and said I can’t see you, tell me your symptoms on call.

Worst medical centre, receptionist talks rudely. I had appointment at 2.30pm which I did online. Dr.called me at 5.42 which was more than 3 hours waiting. Later, I found out that receptionist put my wrong date of birth, really ridiculous. What a medical centre is this? !

This place deserves a zero star.it's a traumatising experience going to see a doctor here. I've seen people walk out of this place in tears, angry, depressed, confused, shocked, horrified etc etc.its not for the faint of hearted. You walk in and receptionists will completely ignore you, you'll be waiting for a good 20 min just to get their attention, If you can get past the receptionist who are rude and will completely destroy you if you try to ask a question, great you get past the first stage, the second problem is waiting 3 hours to see a doctor, literally. If can manage to wait that long, you need a pat on the back. The third problem is the actual doctors and the language barrier, they only understand basic words in English, but know the word panadol very well. Ohhh take panadol, you'll hear this a lot. If you try to question them you'll be shouted at. If you don't wanna be traumatised, stay away.

Sorry to say but if you have other option use them. Worst experience when it comes to waiting, customer service. Not even worth star but I have to give to share my experience

Whats wrong with receptionists here? They are rude.every patient should be spoken the same way. You can't be nice to 1 patient and look at the other patient with nasty attitude.as if to day what do want, go away. The doctors can't even make a simple referral, really disappointing.they make you keep coming back to rectify the problem. I came back 4 times because my referral to the hospital wasnt written and faxed properly. I mean is this on purpose to make more cash? I don't recommend this place
