I don’t usually do reviews but I'm doing it this time. This place is pathetic as staff is rude at reception and doctors make you wait for hours

What a horrible medical practice, appalling service as always. Now Dr. Satya stopped working here. There is no reason visiting this clinic again.

I visited for my daughter. Paid 50 aud for booking 1 week before the appointment, they said its refundable. Then Paid 275 after the visit. And its 30+ days, they are not refunding my 50 aud. Very poor service and policy. Never ever going there Again.edit: its 2months now, still they didn’t refund. Pure scammers.

I don’t know why people are so rude in the reviews, the doctors are nice i’ve seen a few of them and they were all sweet to me.maybe they aren’t always the kindest with everyone because being a doctor is hard, i am aware that the waiting time in this clinic is always long but that’s because patients often rock up late and the doctors take time with their patients.overall am grateful with this service and appreciate the doctors and reception (:

Great doctors but receptionists need to go. They keep you on hold for 20 minutes. I call three times today and three times I was put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. 60 minutes of my time gone. Very unhappy.

Reception staff incredibly rude. Had an appointment, she couldn’t find it on the system and eventually did. Told me to sit down and I watched at least 10 patients go in before me to see doctors and I was only here to see the nurse. After an hour I asked the other receptionist am I going to be seen soon and she called the nurse and I got sent to another waiting area. Not sure what the 1st girl had me waiting for but wasted the entire of my morning. Oh and I’m 3rd trimester pregnant so it’s uncountable to be sitting for that long but no one honestly cared!

Receptionist service level is very poor and lack of information provided. They don't know what they are doing. They need to be trained with better customer service skills. Staff very rude.

I have been visiting Coburg Family Medical Centre for a few years now and I'm very pleased with the level of care and service I have received. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and make me feel comfortable when I am visiting.

Dr Ahmed is my regular GP and I have found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He is always willing to listen to my concerns and provide knowledgeable advice. He has also been very accommodating when it comes to taking my insurance information and making sure I get the care I need.

I would highly recommend Coburg Family Medical Centre to anyone looking for a great doctor and excellent service.

Shockingly disorganised and careless. Had an appointment to take care of an issue, Dr referred me to another in the clinic as they couldn't do what I needed some for some reason. Reception in the clinic was about to charge me for the second Dr visit because apparently the first where the Dr did nothing but look at me and say they can't do what I need done is worth a fee. Finally they agreed to charge the second Dr visit to Medicare not private which I still disagreed with but could do nothing about. No wonder Medicare is hemorrhaging money. Another time the Dr sneered at me saying I didn't look sick, the morning of the appointment I couldn't get out of bed so I rested until I felt ok to go to the clinic. Don't go here unless you're desperate. Long wait times and poor experience.

Made an appointment and when I arrived was told the receptionist was on lunch and that I had to wait until they returned. When I said I couldn’t really wait that long I was told I should just leave and find another doctor. Unprofessional

Has to be one of the worst medical interactions I’ve ever dealt with.

Got an appointment for 1pm, and was told to sit and wait for nearly an hour whilst the receptionist sat there and chatted about her weekend with the other staff

Eventually asking what was happening, i was directed to the back of the building, at which point I was met with a doctor who told me she had asked reception where I was over an hour ago, and upon getting no reply figured I had just abandoned the appointment

She advised she was doing everything she could to get out of this business due to the quality of this type of thing

When speaking to reception about what had happened, they genuinely couldn’t have cared less

Have submitted feedback to health complaints commission, I really hope someone has a good long look at this business.

Seriously this practice needs some major work especially when it comes to calling to make an appointment and when you come to your app. Every time I try to call I can never get through literally. I actually have even driven past while trying to make the app and there were no people in the clinic? When you make an appointment obviously you will wait a little not over an hour? I have never had an appointment that has been in time or even having to wait 15-30 minutes. It is always at least an hour? This clinic really needs to get its act together, it really really does.

They were fantastic at CFMC. We went at about 8pm because our toddler had cut his chin. They saw us within 10 mins of arriving, warmed some milk in a bottle for us, and treated the cut.

Just very low quality service. Booked an appointment for 7pm, they cancelled that one and booked for 9pm stating that there will be no wait times but still Wait time is way too long even you book an appointment…. Waited for more than one hour after booking an appointment. Not recommend… Just waste of time and money.

It's a long wait, over 2 hours. Don't drive here otherwise you get a parking fine.

I wish I could give you guys NO STAR REVIEWS, extremely rude Receptionist specially at night time with zero basic manners.
Medical centres stands for helping and taking care of patients not for judging them what country they belongs to.
The real Pandemic is RACISM, I am that victim.

Avoid going to this clinic the doctor i saw had no idea what i was talking about this clinic should be investigated by Ahpra to see if these doctors have a license

Nice and professional service from the reception staff. I know Dr. Ahmed for long time and he always helps with morals, smile and professionalism. Also, thank you Reyhan from the pathology lab sweet conversation and attentive.

Really bad attention. Reception with not experience at all.they lied and they make you wait for more than an hour.the very unprofessional doctors diagnosed me with something that I did not have at all. I strongly recommend don’t using this place.it's the worst

Made a appointment turned up on time, they weren't that busy, waited a hour finally couldn't wait any longer so I told the same receptionist to cancel which she responded did I have an appointment I suspect by her reaction and the time it took for her to find my appointment she hadn't registered my arrival I better not get bulk billed will be checking
