I have been this place twice in last two week but this guys takes a long and I had to wait for doctor at least one hours at first time And 45 minutes second time
So I suggest to you all once you have apppointment this clinic please go there after 45 minutes than your actual appointment time.

I went in with a what was suspected to be a slightly fractured arm. After having my x-ray i was told that I would hear from them in 3 hours and that I should go back home. It took me exactly 14 days for them to simply look at the x-ray and then tell me that it is in fact fractured. Despite calling multiple times I was just told i would hear from them soon which was a massive lie. They are and untrustworthy service and i would never recommend them to anybody.

This surgery has the most amazing doctors but what's even better is how well the staff treat the patients! Carol, Jay & Gail are so helpful to my family they even help my mum out of the car each time we go there. The new manager has changed things for the better, she leads by example. Thanks to the nurses as well especially Melissa.
My family wouldn't go anywhere else!

Mina has provided me with excellent service every time I have visited or called the clinic. She is always courteous, and willing to provide me with a solution when making an appointment or needing assistance. Mina always goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel like a valued patient of the clinic. Unfortunately I don't always receive this service from the other staff. Mina is definitely a great representative of the clinic and I have no hesitation in offering more comments if required.

I go weekly to the clinic and always get fantastic service. Meenal always is lovely to my mum and i always so freindly and very helpful very nice lady. Dr Andrew Mau and Dr Joy Khoo are amazing thank you for caring and taking care of my family.

Clayton Road Doctors is the best place to go to if you are in need of any medical care. I was fortunate enough to stumble across one of many incredible doctors at this clinic, so many years ago.
I would highly recommend Dr. Andrew Mau and Dr. Joy Khoo, they are both professional, resourceful and clearly has the patient's best interest in mind, at all times.
To give an example of how amazing they are at what they do, I found I was hesitant to give this review, like a great restaurant, you almost don't want to give such a rave review because you want to keep the restaurant available for you at all times, that is how highly I would recommend them. But don't take my word for it, try it for yourself and you will find how popular and well sought after these two doctors are.
Also, on the Administration and Reception front, in recent times, I found Meenal and Gail courteous and efficient. Every time I enter the front door, I am greeted with a smile and acknowledged on a first name basis, particularly by Meenal, which is rare in today's day and age.
Thank you to Clayton Road Doctors for healing me over the years and offering me the kind of assurance only a good doctor can provide.
I cannot give my appreciation enough.
Life can be tough but knowing you have the right level of care, makes it more worthwhile.

Dr Tipping has been fantastic with my mum but reception staff are rude and have no compassion not sure how they keep a job.

This clinic is highly recommended.
The reception staff Meenal, Gail, Melissa, Jaye, Carol are doing a great job.

Useless staff.specially the lady. No sense of compassion.
No time sense.if you were given an appointment for 9: 00, you wont be called untill another 40 minutes.how can you expect a patient to have patience.i would rather not go there again.
