My telehealth appointment saved time and travel costs in filling my need for repeat prescriptions. When the pharmacy reported that one of the prescribed medications was not available, the staff were very helpful in having my Dr write an alternate script. Thank you for your professional and friendly care.

Dr Sunny is very professional, he quietly listened to all of my concerns and gave me advice accordingly. He will do the best he can to solve your issues, highly knowledgeable and experienced. Staff members at reception can be more polite towards patients.

When there is no early availability clarify it. People made bookings got work and study and life, and they look at your timetable and arrange their meal and travel to make it.

Thank you for your warm friendly service, I always have a great visit when I Visit CRD Medical Centre, all the Doctors are professional and caring.

The doctors at the clinic are all very friendly and professional. However, the appointment-making app functions very poor. Better to call the clinic directly to schedule or confirm appointments.
I called them to explain why I missed the appointment, but one of the receptionist was not very friendly. I was not blaming anyone, but they seemed keen to emphasising it was entirely my fault. Anyway, it is worthwhile to call them to double-check if the appointment is scheduled, as there will be fees charged for not showing up.

I saw Dr Shima last week for the first time after my GP had retired, she was extremely thorough and made me feel like i had been a patient of hers for many years. The girls behind the counter are also very helpful and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

After not being able to book an appointment with our local GP we were fortunate to get one with Dr Roy at Clayton Road Doctors. Dr Roy was very thorough and took time to explain the medical condition. Very impressed with all the staff, from the Receptionists to the Dr. Thanks for fitting us in.

Dr Shima Tajik is a fantastic doctor with friendly, caring and professional attitude. She’s extremely helpful, thorough with her diagnosis and completely dedicated to me as her patient. Dr shima Tajik is the most amazing dr I have ever seen or had as a patient I’ve known her over 2 years now she’s patient caring kind compassion and very understanding she cares for all her patients she has helped me with many health issues Over the past two years and still does she’s goes above and beyond any dr I’ve ever had go to for her patients and myself I have been through a lot with dr shima I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone to listen and help accordingly with her practice laws and medical laws as a dr she does all in her power to help and always there if u need any extra advice and reassurance I wouldn’t believe not one bad word bout her as I know for a fact she’s never rude or not willing to assist you clayton road doctors biggest asset was gaining her as a dr at there clinic and the staff are also fantastic I would recommend the clinic and dr shima in particular the best dr I’ve ever had and highly recommend her she’s not like the usual dr she takes a interest in her patients and gets to know you well and assists in any manner possible thank you so much dr shima I dunno what I would do with out u wen oneday u decide to retire I’d be lost without u!:)

I followed Dr Ko there from Bentleigh Medical Centre because I consider him to be an excellent physician. Today was my first visit to Clayton Road Doctors. It was a very good experience. The Receptionists are friendly and very efficient; the consulting rooms have a very good and warm "vibe"; Dr Ko is as excellent as ever. Other patients in the waiting room gave me a grin and a nod. A good place.

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. It is uncommon to find doctors that have a lovely, calm, considerate and approachable nature these days. My doctor Shima is wonderful but on the odd occassion if i have to see another doctor in the practice i have been equally impressed.
I feel extremely lucky to have finally found a practice where i feel comfortable and that they truly put the patient first.
