Clayton Road Doctors has always provided our family an exceptional service. They have professional receptionists, very friendly and approachable doctors. I also got my covid vaccines as well as the children's from here and would highly recommend them for vaccines as well as general medical appointments.

Saw Dr Rodney at Clayton Road Doctors, he was very attentive and helpful. Appointment did not feel rushed, was able to help me with my main concerns. Highly recommend. Clinic bulkiness.

Went today for the first time with an urgent knee problem. I had Dr. Rodney looking after my injury. He was very professional and attentive. Ready to listen but also confident in his analysis. He was also very pro active in organising the next steps, making sure my case could get all the attention required for an eventual follow up with a collegue during his holiday. I Would definitely recommend

The receptionist doctor and nurse were very helpful. The doctor was prepared to look at my needs to listen and act on them.

Receptionist were kind and the doctor was friendly and trustable. I would visit again for the further medical issues.

Dr Rodney, treated a couple of oldies with respect as first patients and we would not have any reservations in recommending his skills

Extremely helpful! I asked them to email me my receipt & medical certificate cuz I somehow lost the physical ones. They responded super fast and got it done. Would definitely go again if I need medical attention. Cheers.

Waited an hour to get papers signed even tho I was referred to my doctors explained I needed one part signed and said no. What a joke.

Dr Nayak at Clayton Road Doctors is a great GP. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you. She discusses treatment with you and answers any questions you have. I feel very confident going to her

Had to get a new doctor as the last one just lost test results, didn't call for a telehealth appointment etc - these guys are obviously under pressure with the current situation and very busy but handling it well. Grateful for all the health service is doing under difficult circumstances

A detailed examination is always something that I look forward to and it was very difficult to find a place suitable to my requirements. The practice at Clayton Road Doctors is highly recommended. Dr. Prema was able to provide me with a detailed examination. She was extremely friendly and great to interact with!

I followed Dr Tipping from his previous practice, many years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about all the Doctors I’ve seen at Clayton Road Doctors, but especially Dr Tipping. Who supported me through some very difficult times. I’ve also recently seen Dr Shima and highly recommend her as well. The staff are great totally professional and you couldn’t ask for better care. Amazing practice with amazing staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Dr Shima is extremely knowledgeable and is always great with me. The ladies at the desk and the doctors are absolutely amazing. We were recommended by family to visit this clinic and I leave in Berwick. But I don’t mind the travel because I know the doctors and ladies care and take their time. Very friendly and accommodating. Best practice I have been to in a long time.
