I only received my Covid19 jabs here, but in both visits I found the admin staff, nurses and doctors super nice and very helpful.

I love the way they treat us, especially, Dr.pream Naik is too good and she treats very well. All the staff members are so welcoming and the nurse is so sweet,

A very busy clinic, with friendly staff the minute you walk in.
The GP takes the time to discuss any concerns and information is thorough. After that you are seen by the nurse who administers the vaccines.
The nurse who administered the vaccine was attentive, reassuring, friendly, polite and did not rush me as i was very anxious and made the whole experience pain free and welcoming. Thankyou

I always see Dr. Prema and she is very good with women health and pregnancy related practice. Overall, Clayton Road Doctors staff is very good, helpful and assist in all the ways they can. Highly recommended clinic

Had good experience today as a new patient in the clinic, had quite comfortable experience with the Dr examined me and my husband. Not rude like the past gp we had. Receptionist is lovely as well.

Today I saw Dr Shima Tajik at the Clayton road doctors for treatment for my son whom was sick.
Making our appointment was far easier than anticipated as I called quite late in the afternoon and didn't expect an availability today especially during the pandemic.

Lauren was lovely and understanding during booking our appointment.
Doctor Tajik stayed back after her shift had finished so my son could have medical treatment.
She was extremely professional, well presented, had explained what was going on so both my son and I understood clearly what needed to be done for his immediate treatment and beyond that.

Dr Shima Tajik went well above and beyond giving piece of mind, comfort and reassuring us completely.
It was my first time visiting this clinic. We will certainly be coming back and recommending seeing Dr Shima Tajik.

I've been going here for over a year now and I've never been disappointed. They have plenty of doctors on staff so there's usually appointments available. The doctors and receptionists are very nice and great at their jobs. Also offers bulk billing. I would and have recommended Clayton Road Doctors.

This medical centre is clean and hygienic. Staffs are friendly.
My kid wasn’t feeling well, he was suffering from one pus filled knot on leg. We were quite worried about his health but DR Prema Nayak was excellent, treated us very well. She made us feel relieved and we left with more knowledge of symptoms, causes and treatment.
As it’s difficult to get appointment on Sunday, luckily I got Appointment and booked through hotdoc app on Saturday midnight, we were really in tension.

Friendly staff and professional doctor! Highly recommend! Dr. Sebastian is VERY patient and responsible. I never feel nervous and stressed when I talk to him, because he always tries his best to help me. 5 stars is not enough for this placelove all staff here.

The receptionist Anna is super rude. I accidentally ran out of prescription I need to take daily. There was no appointment available on the day which is understandable. But the way she handled it was extremely rude, she told me to go without it for three days or to go and get another Dr. I called other doctors who told me about telehealth (over the phone prescription renewals), how they couldn't do it for me since they were not my regular doctor, but that my GP was not allowed to refuse this. Called the clinic back and Anna was again extremely rude. She finally reluctantly arranged an over the phone appointment, which lasted 2min and could have easily been set up from the start. I also find Dr Shima rather uninterested in her patients. She seems not to read over files of patients before seeing them, trying to book me for a test she herself did on me only 4 months prior, without any recollection of it. I now changed GP and loving my new one at the clinic next to Southland. Super lovely staff and very professional Dr.)

Dr Shima Tajik is the best doctor I have ever had. I very highly recommend her. I would give her 20 out of 10 and no, that's not a typo. She is professional, very reassuring, approachable and always ready to answer any questions. Her bedside manner is excellent and I felt that I was very lucky to have her both during my wife's pregnancy and post delivery. I liked the way that she dealt with both myself, my wife and our little bub.

This is the number one doctors clinic available to help you in Clayton the staff are amazing and so helpful, yes you may have to wait but that's because they are the most caring and thorough drs and staff you have ever experienced from my personal experience they always go above and beyond to help you in the most professional and caring way thank you all so much looking forward to another 25 years of care and compassion

Long waiting even not having too many patients in a queue.looks like they don’t have enough staff to cover.

Great experience! The receptionist this morning was extremely caring and friendly she was genuinely concerned for my child's health. Doctor was very experienced and bulked bill me on request:) :). Highly recommended.
