Nice motel food and drink only 4 minutes away from airport on shuttle bus very helpful at desk big rooms

The room smelled like wet carpet & the bistro lady literally recycled food from a guests plate. Reception staff were lovely though

Very outdated. No USB ports, bathroom light is in another room. The restaurant is like a school cafeteria. It is clean.

Good comfortable beds. Shuttle service and wake up call to make sure we arrived in time for our fights. Friendly staff and bistro meal very pleasing. Thank you.

Decent place to sleep before or after a flight. Free transport to and from the Airport is very well managed. A bit disappointed room service isn’t 24Hrs but was able to use ubereats instead. Breakfast ordinary. Would stay again.

Large rooms, that are clean. Shower was horrendous, with ice and lava the only settings. The restaurant was good awful- some seriously questionable dishes. Staff (reception) was nice. I got a half price deal and it JUST seemed ok value- I certainly wouldn't pay full asking price! Location is not as close to airport as you think: can will be about $30.

Clean, old fashioned hotel. Needs an upgrade, especially when it comes to technology. Wi-fi works only occasionally, and there are no usb ports in the room. Water boiler, small fridge and a microwave. But this is no place for business ppl.

They won me the moment they didn't hold money for my room! While they do take credit card details they don't hold the crazy amounts so many others do. When starting my holiday that's exactly what I want. The rooms are clean, bed comfy, aircon excellent, pool undercover brilliant (though it does need a little TLC around the pool) the bistro is great, food great. Very happy!

Best hotel I've been to. Highly recommended! Every staff member makes you feel at home! Bar staff are absolutely beautiful! Dinner was THE BEST! Comfortable sleep, great service, great price! Great for families. My 4 year old son and 7 year old daughter enjoyed every minute and the staff made them feel comfortable and spent time communicating with them and getting to know them in general conversation. Best hotel in Melbourne! Ps the garlic prawns and rice are to die for!

We booked standard twin room, we got two bed queen size, with 8 pillows, more than enough for us (2adult+2child), the bedroom is so spacious.this hotel has indoor heated swimming pool and sauna facility, too! We can reach this hotel by bus, closed enough with "Strathconnon Sq bus stop". Recommended to anyone who want to catch early flight but want to have a nice sleep, just 5 minute to airport using free shuttle by the hotel (upon request).

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Generous sized meals. Room was comfortable. Picked me up after dropping off a hire car and got me to the airport on time and Hassle free.

Basic airport hotel. No frills rooms. Minus points for the pricing. Free early morning shuttle to the airport was the only reason we stayed here. Can get dinner till 9pm. Again, pricey food.
