Ciloms Airport Lodge

Good service and good food. The only downside was nearby table with parents who couldn't/wouldn't control their kids.

Basic but good clean room and restaurant on site has lovely meals. We had dinner and breakfast. Both meals lovely.

I've used Ciloms to park my car when I fly out, and usually stay overnight at one end (or both ends) of my trips. Their free transport to and from the airport is regular, reliable and the driver helped me load and unload my heavy bag. He was an extremely courteous and professional man. The buffet is no longer running at Ciloms, due to covid, but the bar is a restaurant with individual meals for sale. My meal of ribs was beautiful and the staff made time to ensure I was happy with my seat, drinks and food. The rooms are always great, except this trip there was a smell that I didn't like. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk the next morning she reassured me that I should have called and received a new room, no matter the time of night. I'll definitely go back again. I trust them with their customer focused approach.

Very clean, very comfortable and quiet perfect for me.car parking and minibus to airpirt all very easy. Theres a large heated pool to entertain the youngsters and gym. Dvds books and lounge areas available.

Excellent motel, comfortable bed, clean, excellent amenities, secure parking, & quiet. $139 a night absolute bargain

Friendly staff and close to airport so great for late arriving flights. Pickup and drop off were included and easy. Rooms were large and clean.

Staff extremely friendly rooms what U would expect for low end rental but extremely clean. Very tasty restaurant and bar well stocked. Highly recommended

Efficient service from the front desk, shuttle staff, food area and rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Dont waste more $ on other hotels at airport, this is great for overnight stop.

Perfect spot for Urban Surf $$$, direct opposite it. Rooms Are quite good for price. Bar and restaurant $$ no blue soldiers though. (Tooheys new)

Pretty good.i put a pillow on my head as room was near the pool.the filter was pretty much constant. I would've recommended a housing for the filter and some sound proofing applied to the panelling but at the time i had other stuff on the plate, a buffet meal and beer.

Location is close to airport and they have a shuttle to take to or from the airport. The room was small but well appointed with free in-room wifi. Wifi didn't extend outside the room and the bar/restaurant doesn't have it. Disappointing. Air con in room was a bit noisy. I'd chose a room away from the parking lot and street next time.

A hostel would have been a better option.

Stayed for 2nights with my partner about 2 weeks ago. Booked a room with a spa and balcony. The room appeared to be clean and tidy until you run the water and the residue from the last occupants soaking lifts and float's in the fresh water. The balcony faced the long term car park out the back the was lit up with not 2, not 3, but 9 flood lights! That ALL shine directly on to the hotel (not faced away) and directly in to the window throughout the entire night. I needed sunglasses do you use the balcony in the evening. The room was also situated between the two entrances to the car park and the cleaners storage room. So sleeping is out of the question as it's too bright too loud with doors banging constantly from people coming and going. Just when we finally managed to fall asleep each morning, we were rudely woken up each day at 7: 45am when the cleaners would drag their trollys accross the carpark and more door slamming while they set up they cleaning trolleys. After being rudely addressed by the some old woman who appears to manage the breakfast area, we viewed the poor excuse of buffet breakfast she had to offer and decided to make our own breakfast with the fruit we had in our room. We asked reception for some bowls and cutlery to prepare and eat with and we were told to help ourselves to what we needed from the buffet area. As I searched through the stack of greasy dishes to find a clean bowl and cutlery we were abused by a the old woman, and then again after explaining reception had sent us there. Needless to say we did not try the evening buffet dinner. When we checked out reception staff had rotated again it was now an older lady serving the counter who had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She took the key and said "All good, thank you". She didn't ask us how our stay was or offer any other services such as airport transfers or any other transportation.
Clearly we will not be returning or recommending this hotel to any of the many travellers we know.

Good comfortable quiet stay. A nice motel with reasonable restaurant attached, good free shuttle to the airport.
Shame they skimped out on cheap and nasty coffee.

Reasonable room, great location for accessibility to the airport with a free shuttle service. We parked our car there for $8 per day in a secure parking area. No breakfast available. For price and convenience it is ideal
