Chemist Warehouse Point Cook reviews
75 Some of the rudest customer service and longest wait times I’ve come across. Don’t come here unless you expect to be treated poorly, ignored, made to wait long timeframes for your medication etc.
You’re better off going to the bigger store on Old Geelong Road - still not great but atleast there’s a bit more service there.
Nice touch with the beeping machine they give you. You don't have to wait near the counter and can't have a wonder without worrying if you missed your call or not.
Fantastic service, especially the tall curly haired lad at the pharmacist counter. Quick and efficient, and always serving with a smile. He was pleasant to deal with and made the process so much easier. Thanks.
I would give this place a 0 star if I can. Some of the pharmacy staff is super rude and slow & take over 30 mins to dispense pre-paid order that was made a couple days in advance and was advised that it is ready to be picked up. At pick up they have random questions like why do you need this quantity etc. The shelves at the store are empty some days and the staff does not entertain going in and finding the items you need for you. Which means another visit hoping the item you need will be on the shelves. I prefer the drive to the hoppers crossing store over the across the road PC store tbh.
As many of the numerous reviews suggest. This establishment is lacking the professionalism that you’d expect from a chemist. It’s very disappointing. This place is not a true chemist, it’s just a place where you pick up medicine.
When the cashier gives me change, it's not giving, it's throwing. Never met such a rude cashier
They won't let me buy a DANGEROUS amount of painkillers. This is a travesty, also the staff issues. Yeah that's a problem. But mostly the fact they won't let me buy an INSANE amount of painkillers and medicinal gummy bears. SMH
-On a legitimate note, it is quite a bad Chemist Warehouse.
- They lost my paper perscription twice, had to get an escript and wait there until it processed and appeared on the app
- I have a healthcare card which gives a discount on perscriptions. The first time I asked about it the pharmacist said my perscription's brand didn't have any discounts. I asked again a few months later and got more than 50% off the exact same product
Have been to this CW outlet many times. Lately, their customer service has deteriorated rapidly in the pharmacy section. They are always too busy to pay attention to customers. Pharmacists are rude and have no knowledge of Australian Medicare regulations. They don’t listen to what customers are saying as they have already made up their minds as to how they are going to serve you. I’m on the Medicare safety net and they tried to charge me for my medicines “because that’s what the computer says”. They have done this before and I let it go because it was a small charge. In the end I asked for my script back, which was nearly thrown back at me, and got my medicines somewhere else at no cost, which is the purpose of the safety net. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CW OUTLET. Do not sacrifice your sanity. Go somewhere else. These pharmacists are rude and confrontational.
Be prepared to wait for at least 55 minutes to an hour for a prescription. Sure, they’ll say 20 minutes, 30, then they’ll keep saying 5 minutes, but seriously you are better off driving further off to another pharmacy because you wouldn’t have to waste that precious hour then. Easily the WORST and slowest customer service I’ve ever seen in all of Australia. No apology, no accountability. I hope they shut it down or sell it someone who can do a better job at running it. Never going back! Also telling everyone to never step in here again. Abysmal.
Disgraceful customer service. Called for product enquiry. Was told to come in tomorrow when they are not closing up for the day. Thing is, I called 1 hour before closing time to ask if they had item in stock. Will take my money and spend at different brand chemist.
Chemist warehouse I think you need to invest in customer service training for your staff.
This would have to be the worst Chemist Warehouse in Australia. The shelves are always empty. Ridiculous!
The chemist was rude and the customer service highly lacking. She was aggressive and then followed me up to the front counter abusing me for the second time! I will NEVER spend money there again. It’s a shame I had to give 1 star- they deserve lower
Very nice young lady at the pharmacy, gave me good advice and was very kind. She had dark hair and said her name was alana.
Will definitely be back.
Shelves poorly stocked. The stock they do have seems to be not put on the shelves, and in boxes on the shop floor. Everything was poorly faced and not ticketed. Also the store layout is terrible. Get the merchandising team here ASAP and have a talk to whoever is managing the place. Absolutely terrible.
I ordered travel injections for myself and my husband and when I attended to collect them they could not find my prescriptions. They kept stating they had never received the prescriptions despite they could see my son's dispensed only a week ago and I had personally seen the scripts in the pharmacists hand and checked the details when I attended for my son's. As they refused to call and had now been supposedly looking for the scripts for 45 minutes I called the doctors to have the scripts resent. However they then refused to dispense the scripts and told me to go to Tarneit when Hoppers Crossing which is nearer had the items. All this time they were rude as well as losing my scripts. This is on a background of previously splitting my ondansetron scripts to maximise their profits at inconvenience to me when they had the full amount in stock.
The store person who denied to share his details and cancelled my order so rudely while talking on the phone about options. Dont forget God is watching your Karma will get back
It’s concerning this place is STILL receiving negative 1 star reviews. There seems to be a pattern going on here and it’s baffling someone further up hasn’t stepped in. You’d think the reviews alone would be enough for the management and staff to change their behaviour. I’ve had my own experiences with this CW and I haven’t shopped there since. CW Hoppers Crossing on the other hand has exceptional customer service.
Lots of products for fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, baby needs and so on. Lots of stock. Great friendly staff. Perfect local Pharmacy!
I have an exemption for wearing a mask, I even wear a lanyard that says medical exemption so people don't feel weird when they see me without one or know I'm not being dodgy and breaking rules
the security guard wouldn't let me in to buy products that I needed and made me wait outside and the staff had to shop for me. I was really embarrassed too because I needed personal items and they sent a man out
