I would not give even a single star to this store. Rude people working there.they didnt want to give their name. Giving false information to customer. Ridiculous people. Definitely the asian guy but there are so many there in the store. Want to complain about him but he hung up on me. Useless people, I would give minus star literally.

The best thing about this place is that is 24/7 but that’s about it. Some of the stuff is high up on the shelves and there is no one around to help you. All customer service reps appear to be busy sticking and doing other stuff rather than entertaining the customers’ questions.

Very poor customer service skills. Prescriptions took 40 minutes for medication to be received when 7 staff were working in the dispensary area. Then to receive the wrong prescription not only once, but then a second time. All after a very painful dental surgery. Moving Forward, I will most definitely be avoiding this particular Chemist Warehouse in the future, which is a shame as it is now 24 hours.: (: (: (

Very very slow no matter what time. Just waited 15 minutes from when they took my prescription, to be told my prescription is expired. Very unorganised and unprofessional.

My local Chemist. Always stocking everything I need at great prices. Pharmacists always there to help you answer any questions which is great.

Not one to write reviews, but I have to say how fantastic it is that they are open 24hrs! Saved me a 4-6hr wait at the hospital.
Staff were friendly & polite.

Very inconsiderate nurse. Didn’t bother to do a blood pressure read for someone who isn’t feeling well because they work until 10. And we were there at 10: 02pm.

Behold a chemist you can finally go to when everything else is closed. Why go to Werribee mercy hospital and wait long hours to be seen, when you can go down to the chemist and be seen by a nurse after hours.

You can get a lot of things from here but they need to be a little bit more attentive towards their customers

I come to this Chemist Warehouse and the Pacific Werribee one often. This one is larger and has service that is just as good as the other. Always have what I need.

Inefficient staff members. Really unprofessional.dont waste your precious time there.
I have my prescription to Coles medicines and there were four people working inside the counter and only four customer and it took me 34 minutes to get my medicines

Very poor service, pharmacist made a mistake with prescription and refused to say sorry for mistake instead trying to blame GP.very unprofessional.

Worse warehouse in western suburbs unprofessional pharmacist.got my all prescriptions back never gonna go back again

Staff need to learn to be courteous. No understanding of customer service. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Great place to have around the corner. Staff are polite and always helpful. Now open 24 hours which is definitely helpful.

Had never encountered the bad service from one particular girl from this store. She was so rude when I asked about my concerns and very unfriendly during whole time dealing with her. A bit disappointed and uncomfortable afterwards. But fairly to say, except for her, other staffs were very keen to help and pleasant to deal with.

The register staff have alot to be desired. They were very short when confronted about something they were not sure about. They definately need alot more customer service training. Basically they lack common courtesy. If the customer's quering about something it's not necessary to be sarcastic. Making a profit is great but without your customers you don't have a business. Customers should be respected as well. Watch who you employ to represent your business.

I like that it's more spacious compared to many other chemists. The lollies all lined up under the counter at the check out is a parents worst nightmare. The perfumes are always on rotation and great deals offered. I've never had bad service from the pharmacist and I'm there for regular meds a lot. They keep my scripts on file there. The only downside I have, is the lack of work professionalism amongst some of the young staff members. They would rather chat and giggle then be professional.

I had the worst experience this Afternoon, one of the staff was unprofessional and rude.

I was picking up redwin moisturiser from the aisle and they were too many containers stacked up and one of the containers fell down.

I was trying to put it back myself and the staff from behind rushed into me, kicking my shopping basket and tried organising the containers back in its place.when asked why she was being so rude and kicked my basket, she walked away saying she didn't kick the basket, I followed her asking to speak to her manager and he was more supportive towards the staff member and both weren't apologetic at all.

I still shopped at the store for about $100 as i didn't want to spoil my day.

Best chemist in Hoppers. Scripts are done very quickly. Pharmacists was hand out the medicines and gives me great counselling on my prescriptions. It's always busy in here but I keep coming back because of the great customer service
