Not welling to service, everything just told you NO! If I have choices I will go other chemist warehouse than here, other store much better, like werribee one.

Shame they don't have normal panadol, store is pushing customers to take extra panadol which has high caffeine or other brand of paracetamol, just for there sale risking customers health.

Great place too collect prescriptions up from and has a very vast variety of cosmetics and personal grooming products plus various other items

Very rude staff and they don't have basic medicines luke paracetamol and advil syrup in STOCKISTS A SHAME AND THEY R UNFIT TO BE OPEN 24 hrs

Don't shop here! Even click and collect is difficult because of their dumb staff. There is another one up the street, try them instead.

What a horrible place for business that they don’t answer phone calls. You try to call because you want an answer at that moment. They encourage emails but you need an answer at that time. Well, at least other branches of Chemist Warehouses have respect to their customers but not this old Geelong branch in Hoppers Croosing.

The pharmacist was terrible she was rude.just handed the medicine very rudely to me and did not even tell me how to take it.said it’s written on the box is this the protocol you follow.i don’t think so

Absolutely ridiculous! My partner went in to pick up my click and collect order and they wouldn't give it to him, even though I put his full name on my order under their section "allow someone else to collect order". He had his I. D that showed he lived at the same billing address I put on my order also.
Do your employees have any brains at all? Or is management just awful at training them. Serious?

To advise their professionals in the pharmaceutical section is beyond a joke. As a pharmacist myself, how such people got their degrees let along their general bedside manner is surprising. Such a disgrace, making people wait over 20mins when the store is empty because you can't be bothered. Remember where you came from, you're actually not better than anyone and I certainly would never treat my consumers in such a way. Someone audit these people!

If I could give zero rating to the chemist here tonight, I would! Super rude, in wrong profession because she has zero manners, zero desire to help a customer in need. After spending hours at Royal Children’s Hospital, I asked what laxative is good for a 1 tear old with constipation because the paediatrician suggested to go for one suitable for babies and toddlers and the pharmacy may be able to advise on which one to get - no prescription or brand name needed. And, the pharmacist legit asked “ehat paediatrician is this, just read the label - what does it say, take whatever you want”. This was a short Asian chick and absolutely horrible customer service. Not the right profession for her if she doesnt want to help people with medicines!

I usually go there as it’s the closest to me. I went today to get a doc signed but they were rude about it and said that it’s not an obligation for them to sign these things. I would say it’s understandable if the store is busy but they said they won’t do it even if store is not busy. They bluntly just kept saying we don’t do that. I just decided in the sore itself maybe I should make my further purchases from the place where they just don’t do the OBLIGATORY things but also courteous ones - meaning the private owned pharmacies.
Never supporting these pharmacy outlets again!

24 hour chemist which is a plus. Big store. Staff are okay. I never find the staff at any chemist warehouse very friendly. Helpful when you ask.
Good specials. Heaps of stock. Loads of parking. Easy to get in and out.
Not park of a shopping centre so I generally have to take a drive to go there only rather than as part of a bigger shop.

Most people are nice here and there is a nice staff member she was nice and others were ok and lines weren’t too long so we didn’t have difficulty

10 years been coming to same place for medicine. Never had such a bad experience. The girl on Window taking perceptions on Thursday night, need to learn how to talk. Your grumpy face doesn't help to solve either problems of yours or ours. Please learn to smile. So rude. Unbelievable.

Very helpful. Needed advice on blood pressure monitors before buying one. Prices are vvery competitive.

Always great products at competitive prices. It is convenient to be able to access after hours service. The prescription prices are cheaper than at other Chemists.

I visited Chemist Warehouse Hoppers Crossing today and observed at least 5 people walk past their security guard without checking in with the QR code or using the supplied hand sanitiser. Security guard casually watched this happening without saying a word. Given that this has already been an exposure site, I'd have thought they'd be more diligent.

Do not shop here! June the pharmacist is rude! Little Asian girl! If you don’t like your job, time to find a new one love! You look depressed! Time to move on! If you stay on, learn some customer service, this isn’t Asia! This place used to be a good place but not with her in it!
