Absolutely disgusting chemist, chemists are extremely unhelpful, cashiers girls working there are very rude, one word answers and laugh at your faces, please avoid at all costs they should all be fired

I approached a staff named Lara about some products to avail the bundle of joy offer. After she told me the aisle number, she came to check on me and offered help before I had to ask. While waiting for me to make a decision, she went to the back to get more stock and checked with the front to make sure the bundle is still available.
After I paid she also offered to help carry the goods to the car.
The entire process is very efficient, I honestly didn’t expect this level of service at a discount chemist.

And thank you Lara for taking the extra mile. I came in for the bundle of joy offer and left with more joy than just the bundle.:)

Awful service. Gone downhill. Had a prescription for medication for a month, gave me a week’s worth and asked me to come back after 2 days. What’s going to change in 2 days? Want us to come back constantly in the lockdown. No common sense.

I regrettably regularly visit this site. I have circa 4 recurring prescriptions they store. Yesterday I arrived with a new script. After a quarter of an hour wait I was informed they were out of stock. So here’s the gripes! It would take them 3 days to fill the order, and wanted me to pay $34 in advance!? I asked for my script to be returned, and had it filled immediately at $27. You figure and rate. Moving my biz!
Returned today.and they had lost my scrip dropped in when I wrote the review above! I have taken my scrip folder and wont be going back. They provided a great service up until 6 months ago. Now so very lame third strike. GONE!

45 min wait for a simple antibiotic. Never enough staff. I have been here many times and they have my details in their system, and yet today they said the wait was because they didn't have my Medicare number on file. Lol. Actual problem? Ooops, many years they had my Street name misspelt in their database, so apparently they couldn't find me on their system today. Sigh.

Glad that there is a 24 hours chemist in my neigbourhood, especially when it is Chemist Warehouse!

All chemist warehouse offer very good value which is something you would want from a chemist. I must say they serve customers really quick here too Compare to some others

Waiting time was over 30 mins. Increase the number of counters.
Support team were busy, so too hard to find someone if you need any help.

Very rude staff. Specially the lady at the back. She doesn’t know how to talk to someone. Who is not well even.

I have no idea what people are expecting, a red carpet and entourage waiting for you to arrive? I personally love the location, it’s 24/7, free nurse service, shelves are always stocked and you can get help when you need. Sure it can get busy if you’re trying to fill a script but so is every other pharmacy during peak hours, the reason you have to wait is so they can properly check everything is okay for you to take, that you’re well informed and safe. A little inconvenience for your safety and well-being. Good prices and clean dispensary and store. Staff deserve recognition for their hard work.

Was very sick. Got there and had to wait for 15 mins to say that they don’t have my medication I needed. Think that poor management from stock control. All I wanted to do was get my medicine and go home and crawl into bed. Won’t be back

Came to get my medicines and it took so long then I asked the lady and she was the manager why she was taking so long and I was shocked that she yelled at me by saying “You are not welcome to come here anymore” and the was another guy there and might be another manager also told me to get out of the store and we will call the police”. They were laughing at each other and this behaviour is really disgusting and rude. I was just a customer trying to get my medicines.
There is no customer service at all so disappointed. I will report this matter to the Hr.

Great pharmacy, prescription area to see staff, just very high. This could be bad for short people. Otherwise, got the things we need.

Experience was very bad.one of the pharmacist suggested wrong Vitamin D liquid for my 23 weeks daughter.this we realized when we were abt to give it her.then we called to Hoppers Crossing chemist warehouse. ANTHONY picked up the call and told everything to him
. Instead of appologizing he was very rude and said you cant do anything. My question is if something happened to my daughter because of wronng doses.and We should not trust to the pharmacist as well.

If I could rate only half star I would! I understand having limited staff on at late hours.but when 3 or 4 customers come in after you.to put in scripts (and yes they were putting in then and there.they hadn't put them in previously and were returning to collect them) it's disgraceful Yet our scripts (usually only one or two scripts) take forever and we're last on the list, for medication that only needs to be taken off their shelf and a label stuck on! This has happened NUMEROUS times! Unfortunately due to my husband and mines occupation this is sometimes the only pharmacy available.
I have NO complaints whatsoever about the other branches of Chemist Warehouse, they're usually pretty good.even when they're busy, perhaps they need to get some training off their other stores.

Absolutely ridiculous policy when it comes to returns specially being leaders in the business, Please update the returns policy you cannot have people coming within 24 hrs when they have accidentally bought the wrong product. So disappointed with the service

Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy. Pharmacists are rude and think they are entitled to be sarcastic and withhold medication because the dosage has changed, even when you have a letter from your doctor stating this. I would rather be sick than use this pharmacy again. No social distancing. 300 people apparently allowed in the store at one time. Don't go there.

Happened to go in at night time on 30 June. The pharmacist was very rude and disinterested.practically told me off saying "you don't go around taking your prescription everywhere" three times with a tone as if I asking him to give me a loan.lol.not going back there unless there is emergency because it is 24 hours.

Something we needed in saltwater and another local resource we need to support
I attended this store last week and was a good experience however if you need customer service please be aware this store can get very busy and having the assistance you need or want can be difficult

Knowledge staff. A range of quality products at competitive prices. Open 24 hours, making it a convenient pharmacy to go where required!
