The nurse at the store was very rude and screamed at me and my wife for no reason…….
Had very bad experience………
Will never come back again

Very busy always… stocks finishing up frequently… but the staffs and the pharmacists are extremely helpful in helping people….

Appauling customer service, can't get through on the phones, in the space of an hour I rang 15 times, got hung up on 5, put on hold for over half an hour and no matter what department you try to get through to they don't answer their phones.

Average pharmacy, only good because it is big, has a large range and is open late. Used to be better when it was open 24/7. Great place to go if you want to get sick as it is always full of people who are sick. Place is run down and often out of stock. Standard long wait for scripts as is usual at a chemist warehouse. Waiting chairs are ripped and general cleanliness is below par. Boxes often just lying around.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely appalled by the way they treat there customers, after entering the store to receive my well needed prescription they didn’t have in stock (Which is fair enough, I don’t expect them to always have it) I received no apology, essentially little to no advice and wasn’t even greeted up to the counter. It was a “We don’t have this in stock” and no further discussion, from what I can see the store seems to be running great but management really lacks the ability to teach proper customer assistance, take this as advice and not a complaint, train your staff correctly. At the end of the day, if every individual staff member is getting away with the same despicable attitude it’s the managements fault. A simple hello and goodbye to a long way.

Called this store 10 times without any answer.
Promised to have medication in at all times as they are regular important medication, had failed many times not ordering it in. Pulled scripts and go elsewhere now

I gave this chemist warehouse branch a $18 charity.

I m appreciative of the fact that this chemist is open late night but the staff there lack customer service.

I bought 2 packs of Ventolin based on ill advice of a gp. Within the day of this purchase, I got a second opinion and was told not to use that for 3 month-old so went back to return it. The two boxes as attached were not opened as you see in those images but the explanation provided by those at the counter for not accepting a refund made ZERO sense.
According to them, the medication that leave the counter would be under different temperature or condition or likely to get tampered with. I agreed but not for this medication in question,
I am not sure how those unopened boxes that too within the day of purchase would contaminate or change the state of this medication. It is a inhaler that comes with additional plastic protection so not sure how that would affect the medication by temperature.

Before buying do educate yourself on their return policy and don't have customer remorse like I feel now.

Came in the other and was greeted by a short asian pharmacist. I believe his name was Marshall or Michael, not too sure. He was extremely condescending and rude. Will not comeback here again.

Located really conveniently and as someone who often needs prescriptions filled, they are very fast, efficient and helpful. They also have a huge selection of protein bars, and multivitamin gummies. Both of which are always at really great prices.

Only rating it one star because i couldnt rate it 0. Waited an hour for my script and went up to the counter and told the lady i was leaving. No apology she just waved me off with her hand. Disgusting

Best chemist in Hoppers. Scripts are done very quickly. Pharmacists was hand out the medicines and gives me great counselling on my prescriptions. It's always busy in here but I keep coming back because of the great customer service

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful purchase experience. Definitely recommend anyone who needs a rug.

I came in saturday and was served by a girl named ellie or ally she was amazing! Went into get a perfume for my mums birthday and she was so helpful at reccomending perfumes, even got one for myself.best customer service in a long time

Shame they don't have normal panadol, store is pushing customers to take extra panadol which has high caffeine or other brand of paracetamol, just for there sale risking customers health.

5 star for sandy (the nurse). She's absolutely the best. She helped me more than I've asked. I am running out of words to say how good she is.

Loved the customer service. Prashant gave me a very good customer service. Had a wonderful experience at this store. I would suggest everyone to come to this store instead of the Chemist warehouse at Werribee plaza. The staff here is way more friendly. The manager in this store is so understanding while the plaza outlet manager Peter has no idea about customer service. He is super arrogant and so is the staff trained by him. But this store deserves 5 stars in customer service.

Help me find medicine to replace some thing I needed a script for after hours and it worked relived. Thanks

Polite and hard working staff and pharmacists. In particular, Mr Ben is a great knowledgeable person. All of them show extreme respect and care towards helping patients. I would strongly recommend and appreciate their help and support to local community. Big thank you
