Finally got to visit this place because i had tried their vada paav when we ordered it for our office party but cld never come and eat in there due to time constraints. Amazing vadapaav.being from mumbai i was craving authentic vada paav and finally got it.the best part is the mumbai syle bread that they use.it enhances the taste of the vada 10 times.also tried their puran poli and bombay grilled sandwich.it was simply amazing! Will keep coming back for more.

My first misal in melbourne.visited them after seeing the tempting pic of misal on their website but what was served was completely different from the pic.the misal is served in single plate with meagre amount of rassa and mixture on top.didn’t even garnish it with coriander.by the end the misal goes all dry.nothing wrong with taste but you guys need to serve it like shown in the pic with extra rassa and cut I.e. The authentic way.you are the first one in Melbourne so do it right guys. I don’t even mind paying 12 to 13 for it instead of 10 if you serve the quantity well and serve it the right way.the paws too were not up to the mark.the hot dog buns from coles cut into 2 will closely resemble the paws served back in India.overall was let down. 3 point is only for the taste which was alright.

We had Chai N Chilli catering for one of our event. The service was great! The traditional Maharashtrian sweet dish "Amrakhand" was delicious -and so was Aloo patal bhaji nothing to fault!
We have tried misal pav and other main dishes they are yummy! Its good to experience home food staying miles away from home! I will highly recommend Chai N Chilli!

Northern Indian style. Perhaps there was a religious day, or perhaps this place is actually all vegetarian. There were no signage that showed they did not serve any meat on the days I visited. Which is not uncommon in India.

Nice home style veg eatery options. Maharashtrian style snacks and thali. I am visiting this place daily for lunch, chai and never felt bored. All dishes are equally well prepared.

Best masala tea, great Indian food and best customer service. If you like good Maharashtran food, this place is a must visit.

I left this restaurant with mixed feelings. I ordered a lunch meal which was ok in taste but quantity of curries in the thali/meal (costing 12 dollars) was ridiculously LESS and when i say less it was lesser than less! Especially raita.it was approx 3 teaspoons.
My friend had a Dabeli which was very tasty.i doubt i will go back.

I went at lunch time and ordered two ginger tea which had no ginger flavour at all and didn’t seem to be fresh. Also, I ordered vada pav which was just ok ok. I had taken one thali which was pathetic in taste.
We told about tea to the guy who served us but no come back response from him.

Quantity is quite less with respect to price. Taste is also not up to mark. There are heaps of options available around marvel stadium.

A small restaurant/coffee shop with lot of food options. We tried the chai and samosa and it was nice. The samosa was freshly made. The staffs were friendly. Will come back again.

Great food. We went from office with around 15 people and everyone said the food was really good with different items everyone tried.

Just one feedback if the timings can be changed, instead of closing down at 4.30 at least till 6.30 pm if it's there that would be great and on weekends too
