Worst experience I have ever had at a Doctor. Receptionist is friendly and helpfull but the doctor was inpatient and tried to get me out of her room as soon as she could without helping

I had an appointment with Dr Myer Brott at 8pm. I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment and there was nobody in the waiting room.
I sat in the waiting room for an hour. Upon enquiringly if the doctors were running late I was informed the doctor had ‘skipped me’. I am extremely ill and should be in bed right now this is horrible. I am never seeing this doctor again.

I had an appointment recently with Dr Sandeeep. As it was my first time in this Clinic, I had read reviews about him and was feeling quite positive. But I have never had such awkward conversation with a doctor. I went to see him for a rash on my arm, he suggested hydrozole - all ok. I also wanted to have my routine blood test. I was really shocked as he asked WHY? I was appalled by this response because my previous doctor was very positive on doing regular check and I had found out few issues on my last regular check. He told me I needed to justify why blood test is needed. Fair enough, I told him I had low iron levels and he asked about family conditions etc. But then he still asked me why does a healthy young women like me need blood test. I do not know how he knew I was healthy though. He did eventually give me blood test request but I felt he was intimidating and rude. He made me feel if I was wrong to ask this. I am not going there ever again.

I have been their clinic for a while. Today DR Sarah just checked my blood pressure and let me go home. No action at all. She said if you need a plan, just come back after two week. Oh my god, I have been sick for a month and went through all tests. She just wanted the money and ask me come back to work out a plan.will never come back to them. Very unprofessional and not care with my sick.

I am new to the area and struggle to find appointments. Unless you book a day in advance, one can never get appointment. Unfortunately, I can't prditct my illness. Also, once i went there with my little kid and was made to wait for 45 minutes with no explanation. I have started going to a private doctor in Brighton, but with two little ones who keep getting sick from childcare, private docs fee is burning a hole in the pocket. Could anyone suggest any other bulk bill in this area. I tried south road, but they never seem to pick up the phone!

I highly recommend Dr. Sharon Hoch! I've been to this clinic a few times since moving into the area, and have found Dr. Sharon to be the most attentive, insightful and helpful doctor I've ever encountered.

I've been going to this clinic for years and have always had a positive experience. I've been to other clinics and waiting times are always going to be an issue as each patient has a different circumstance for the doctor to spend time to assist with.however for some reason, the waiting time in centre rd medical is far better than the others especially with the excellent care I receive. The doctors are all amazing and caring and the front desk are so friendly as well. The staff member who takes the blood samples is also such a legend and really friendly also. Always greeted with a 'good morning' or a 'hope you have a great day' farewell. I know that when I step into the building I will be provided with a great service and will feel safe.:)
