Excellent service. DR Rasamad Amini is the best doctor I met over 62 years of my life. My entire family selected Dr Amini as our family doctor.

Very Bad experience, cancelled our face to face appointment twice without any reason and then cancelled telehealth appointment as well. I think doctors there are picking patients if want to treat or not and cancelling appointments on time which was booked a week before. Not booking again there particularly Dr Pitalia who cancelled it everytime.

I didn't have to wait too long to be seen even though I was running a little late myself and the doctor and staff were all very helpful.

Our family has been attending Centre Rd Medical for over 7yrs. I’ve found it to be very clean, professional and most of all always accommodating to our needs.
Doctors come and go like most clinics as we develop relationships with the GP’s. Wish they would retain the good GP’s as it’s hard to keep changing clinic.
Most GP’s at the centre are from diverse group. Can’t praise enough.

I have been visiting the medical team at the Centre Road Medical Centre for many years. The care provided by the Doctors, Physio and Nursing team is excellent and I don't believe you could find a better medical team in a bulk-bill clinic anywhere else in the area. Special thanks also goes to the unsung heroes of the clinic, the admin team who keep the clinic moving and their gracious assistance with all the patients. Thanks to everyone at the clinic for your ongoing care of me and my family.

Dr Balvin is simply the best. Been our families GP for years.she is warm compassionate very professional and is very experienced.

There were more than 15 minutes delay!
The plant in the waiting area is very dusty! Which let you think if they didn’t care for their things how they care for customers.

Lovely accommodating reception staff and very responsive and caring doctors. Dr Pitalia who I usually see is brilliant.

Strongly not recommended! Do not book with them, chances are they will simply ignore you.

I have a phone appointment at 12: 20 pm on 24 Jan 2021. However, I did not receive any calls from the doctor. I was forced by the reception to do a phone consultation rather than face to face consultation.

I called the clinic at 1: 30 pm, the reception told me that I will receive the call soon, the doctor is running late.

It's 5 pm now, the clinic is closed. The reception should let me know so I can book with other clinics. I am very disappointed.

I refer all to the Centre Road Medical Centre as being a very professional one and have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors that work within. I have been attending for over 5 years now and service is prompt and efficient and very relevant to their investigations found.

My husband and I have been attending this medical centre for almost 6 years. We always have a positive experience. Staff at the front is professional and friendly. They provide an excellent customer service. We had to choose new doctor recently after doctor Ha Tran has left the practice. We are very happy with our new doctor Ridhish Pitalia as well. Dr Sandeep Bachireddy is the best GP in Melbourne. I have visited him several times and every time have had a great experience.
He no longer works in Centre Road Medical Center and Is moved to Bentleigh Doctors Medical Centre in Bentleigh. Phone 03 9086 3960. I couldn’t find him first online but I you can book appointments online. I will visit him no matter where he goes!

The front line team are very rude, unprofessional, yet without caring for patient.again, Stacey is rude, arrogant as other descried here.

(Read more feedback). Some doctors are too rush to finish the session and move on to next patient.felt treat as number.

Avoid - service is extremely poor and reception staff were rude and useless. They forgot about my appt even after waiting for an entire hour. No idea what the doctors are even like since I didn't bother to wait further. Awful place, don't even bother.

All my family always been there Doctor and Nurse is good but the front staff is very bad, so rude and not helpful at all especially Stacey she shouldn't do that job, now I am not going there anymore.

Avoid Dr Farinaz- rude and unhelpful. Next appointment I then went to Dr Kapil who was fantastic, however had to wait 60minutes.

Shame that Doctor Brott has been brought outa retirement. He should have stayed retired
Medical centre must be 'desperate for Doctors' or thats what a tv show starring the comical parade. More ghost buster than doctor. Dont see this doctor if you got any medical prob

I’ve been attending this clinic for nearly three years and I’ve had a near perfect experience with them - front desk, nurses, and Dr Sandeep Bachireddy. The wait times are long, often because Dr Sandeep will take walk in patients who need last minute appointments, but it’s not an issue for me because the quality of care is so high.

I have since moved across the city and I still see Dr Sandeep.
