Very happy with Centre Road Medical Centre and the Clinical services. Dr. Manju Bhargava is an excellent and kind doctor and she is always ready to help my family members. We always get satisfactory treatment and are with her for more than last ten years.

For hand foot and mouth disease (as per dept of health guidelines) patients can go back to childcare once the blisters have dried up not as the GP told us incorrectly to have completely disappeared. The few blisters left were 10 days old and completely dried up. Had to go somewhere else to get a back to childcare letter.

This centre is into money making rather than providing medical care. The doctors find excuses to turn one appointment into two so they can make money. If you go with two ailment you will be told to make another appointment for second session and when you call the reception to book an appointment it will take like an hour for them to respond

We went to Centre road medical centre for Dr. Ridhish who is really a good doctor in terms of active listening and also actively concerned about his patient's health and always explains the seriousness of the matter.

Great clinic and doctors. Never have to wait long, especially with my two year old toddler who always receives the best care here.

Absolutely a horrible clinic the receptionist are so rude and the doctors know how to neglect their patients and know how to laugh in my face when I asked for help very disgusted in their duty of care

Receptionist - Yvonne, laughs at your requests and has a horrible attitude and phone manner - no duty of care and made no attempt at resolving the issue.

Horrible Customer Service, had a Telephone Consult Booked. Called 20 min later saying they they won’t allow a phone consult because it has been over 12 months since I had been into the centre, reason I have not been into the centre is because of Covid Restrictions they have had in place. I have not slept for the past 2 nights with Tonsillitis, can barely swallow, said they they can book me in tomorrow fir a in person. Clearly care about profit more than care to their patients. Only way they would agree to a phone consult is if I pay upfront.
Where is the care?

The young lady Doc Shyamen I was seen by was just wonderful.
There was a student doc also but that was alright….

Some people at the reception could notch up a bit to match the above.

The best clinic I’ve been to in Melbourne.
The doctors / nurses are friendly, knowledgeable and always have an appointment when I need it.

The clinic is extremely clean & well looked after too, with extremely warm and competent staff.

The nurses are fantastic for injections and needle work, I barely felt a thing and they are perfect for kids.

Finding a GP after my GP of 30 years retired was no easy feat but I couldn't be happier with the team at Centre Road Medical. In particular, Dr Amini who is kind, compassionate, smart and understanding.
I moved out of the area last year but still drive out of my way as I simply wouldn't go elsewhere. So glad I have (hopefully) found my GP for the next 30+ years.

First visit. Fabulous staff- both reception and doctor. Organised, efficient, friendly reception team. Doctor- thorough, engaging and excellent skills. Thank you to a great team.

My daughter visited this clinic yesterday for her 1st Covid jab. She was very much comfortable and was given full care during her jab. Thanks team for amazing treatment.

I just want to thank Dr. Shima Tajik for her excellent service. She is really professional while being patient and compassionate and answer all of your concerns. Thanks for all of that!

If I could give zero stars for Dr Hana Balvin I would. Every time I tried to answer her questions, she would interrupt me to ask a different question, which resulted in me being unable to tell her the full extent of my symptoms and feeling like she was rude and didn’t care about me as a patient. I only tried her because I couldn’t wait for my preferred doctor (who is actually nice, and listens to me but didn’t have any appointments for 3 days) and will be avoiding this doctor going forward.

Very clean and professional.seating capacity is less but well spaced. There isn’t any visitor parking and next to a school which causes an issue for driving and parking around the area.

Absolutely disgusting service.
Partner booked in for a mental health assessment. Went to the appointment and got told to leave by the doctor that was seeing him cause the doctor didnt want to do an assessment for him. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Five stars for Dr Hana Balvin. She’s a caring doctor who always conducts a thorough assessment and makes sure her patients are not rushed. Her training in paediatrics means that she’s also great with kids and has been very helpful in identifying and treating a range of issues and conditions for my toddler. Thank you Dr Balvin for your professional service.
