Centre Road Medical Centre

Have been a patient of this practice i think for about 10 or more years and find that they are extremely helpful and are quite happy to help me out even when I need something quickly
over the years I have seen several of the doctors there and depending on what I need it doesn't worry me who I see as they have access to my records and have all been good
do try and stick to one doctor if possible but if they are not available happy to see others
now incredibly happy with the service

My daughter got the conjunctivitis yesterday and it became much worse this morning. After I called a few clinics without any appointments made, we were so lucky that we got an appointment with Centre Road Medical Centre. The reception desk lady and the doctor were very professional, kind and efficient. We appreciated a lot and I'm sure to recommend them to all my friends.

Due to have skin infection, I have found and visted the Centre Road Medical clinic today, the receptionist was organized and helpful, making me feeling welcomed. More importantly, the doctor was excellent, explaining my skin problem, answering all my concerns. Strongly recommend!

Treated for minor workplace injury. Didn't see any carpark. Staff at reception were good.

Great staff of busy doctors who actually know their art/science. Big shout out to their nurses too - truly the unsung workhorses. Thanks for keeping me going, folks. <3

Dr Pitalia is an amazing doctor, very learned, kind, listens and understands well, love to recommend him:) and very important is always seeing patients on time, I mean that saves so much waiting time.

I do not recommend Dr Manju Bhargava. I am very disappointed with her as I have given this clinic many oportunities.
Dr Manju was unprofessional, showed no empathy towards my condition and showed a terrible quality of care.
She was not thorough in diagnosing my symptoms even though I expressed that I was in excruciating pain with my throat. She told me that nothing was wrong and that I was fine.
Her misdiagnosis lead to me having to go to another doctor for a proper diagnosis. Avoid at all costs.

Very limited space in waiting room. I presume this will be addressed during the current renovations. The staff were welcoming and efficient. My visit to the physiotherapist was informative and most helpful. He even put up with my ill-informed prattling.

I did not have a mask with me, I kindly asked reception for one, they then told me to get one from the pharmacy across centre road. How ridiculous, I left and will no longer visit this practice.

The staff & doctors were highly professional & friendly. I felt comfortable & was well informed about my vaccination & any possible side effects.

It was a great experience visiting the medical centre.the staff were really courteous and helpful and Dr fong was exceptional.i will definitely visit the clinic again.

I have given this clinic too many chances.

Firstly the reception is not welcoming or friendly in the slightest. Secondly, the doctors are lazy and have very minimal care for clients.

I do not have a regular GP due to minimal doctor visits, so I booked an appointment as I’ve been been there before and needed someone to assess my work related back injury. I was told by the doctor that he will not take me on as “I’m not his client” and that he is “behind in reports already” and “to go to a different doctor”.

After having my files transferred and eventually making an appointment elsewhere, I was laughed at and told how ridiculous it was that I was declined a general certificate of capacity out of out of pure laziness and that no doctor will backdate my injury. He also mentioned he also supplied work cover to clients in mining industry and that this is an unacceptable excuse.

After making another appointment with centre road medical centre to explain all of this to the doctor, I was again “I’m not one of his clients” and that he will not give me a certificate of general capacity” as “he has too many clients”. I was also told “you said no to work cover last time” which was a straight out lie, especially considering I told he would not take me on and to go somewhere else.

I resigned from my job due to this injury and am now at a loss as I am unable to apply for work cover and no doctor will backdate my injury. Absolutely appalling and I will be taking the matter further.

I DO NOT recommend Centre road medical centre.

After reading the reply to my review I did follow up with a Nivi as requested. With still no resolution to the matter (with no explanation other than personal reasons), I was further told the doctor said I had no injury, despite being told I’ve done muscular damage, told to see a Physio and prescribed medication. I will now be considering legal action.

Very very Disappointed. I do not recommend this medical centre. Very unprofessional staff, Specially reception staff and Doctors.

I visited Dr Shah. She is very good and professional. Thank you so much Doctor to clear my doubt related to my little one. Amazing experience.

Staff were very friendly and my GP was Dr. Wickramasinghe and she's stunning and one of the best doctors i have seen. Highly recommend

Great clinic. Unless I urgently need appointment for same day I can always see the same dr. Easy to book online and choose the time and dr I want from what is available

Very professional. They know their job. No long waiting time. The appointment time is accurate. Very friendly and caring.

Pleasant experience. Receptionists are friendly and polite. Doctor Pranali Shah is extremely professional and very thorough in her care plan for her patients. RECOMMEND
