Repaired an iMac here before, because I had some issues reformatting the computer, they smashed my screen, but offered to repair the screen, which took a while to order. Worst thing is, I found out that my mic has been broken since, I have filed an official complain directly to apple. Strongly recommend people to just go to an official apple service centre even though the wait is longer, you will appreciate it.

Save your money. Not worth it. Go to a genuine apple store. At least they won’t charge you $90 for a diagnostic fee and then give you false information about all these parts needing to be repaired and give you a quote of $900 to fix your computer.

Best place to go to build your own pc.staff are so knowledgeable and courteous and listen to what you want. Shoutout to Ian who gave me a good discount and was straight to the point. Good job mate. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
They sell faulty products and tell you it's your fault and won't repair it, as it's not under warranty if it's your fault.

Absolutely apalling - Had my iphone batterry replaced there not long ago and they charged me doubled the price advertised on Apple website. I asked the person who served me why isnt it $39 as per advertised, he simply said $39 was in USD. Checked with apple store and found thay its nonsense.

If they can lie casually like that, not sure what they can do to u if u have any issues.

So ignorant clerk, my iPad was broken into pieces by the car accident (I have purchase apple care+). The only one store I could Book for next day, iI drave 20km from city come here, the staff said the apple will decline me to get a new replacement, the only thing I need to do is to purchase a new ones however, I have AppleCare+. So I went to highpoint apple store and get a new one immediately.

Been a customer for over 10 years and still am. Over the last few years it's become extremely frustrating. The website says 'Low Stock' but when you go in store there's none. This isn't a one off popular item- it's constant. Secondly stock is usually available at the warehouse which is attached to this store but is not accessible by staff. What a joke! The 2 stars are for some of the customer service people who are friendly and do what they can. As far as I can see management here has a funny way of managing.

Worst apple store in Melbourne.

Went for my appointment 4: 40pm and called in before to confirm they had battery for my phone’s replacement. And when I reached they told we don’t have and the fact that I travelled from far.

Pathetic excuse for an apple authorised store.

After being served by various staff members in the service department as well as in sales, who were all very knowledgeable and helpful, it was Robert, who looked after me. He not only displayed good product knowledge and patience, he also took an enormous amount of time to not simple sell me appropriate items but also set them up for me. The service he provided me with was above and beyond any expectations and delivered with a smile. In the future I will not even consider other stores. Thank you for making something that was quite tricky for me so easy.

Best customer service received ever. The team had time to listen to my son to see what he wanted and had as budget wise. He so happy with his new pc his telling everyone about. He loves the speed his getting out off it thanks for the service.

Received great service from the guys here. Brought in my Macbook for repair on a Monday and it was ready by Wednesday! Amazing! They also helped me out by going out of their way to try and get me the best price for the repair too! Extremely happy with my experience at Centre Com in Sunshine!

Was quoted higher-than-website price for servicing, and was advised that I had seen "the Amercian price" when I questioned the counter clerk. Had the work performed anyway, went home, double-checked website price (I had been correct). When I called to query the discrepancy, I was advised the difference was mark-up. Straight up dishonest business tactics. On the plus side, they weren't busy and the work was performed right away.

Arranged over the phone to use a monitor to test my software.repeated the request to the guy at the door counter 3 times. Yes I had spoken to someone on the phone. Yes they said I could use a monitor. No I don't remember his name. Yes its the hi res monitor. Can I use a monitor. 3 times saying the same things. I left saying I cant deal with people who are this stupid. Reminded me I tried to buy a PC from these clowns about 3 years ago. Same issue. Don't listen and no customer service. Went to Scorptec in south Melbourne. Great service and friendly.

2nd time around and im more disappointed, came in today to buy an lg external burner, no stock.this is the last time i bother with this joint. Absolutely hopeless, they don't even stock a simple y-cable for external HDD. Guy was rambling on about not needing it as the normal cable supplies power to HDD, this isn't always the case especially when its hooked up to other devices that don't give enough power to power an external HDD through 1 USB port, thus needing the y cable to insert into x2 USB ports to provide the sufficient power to power an external HDD

Handed an immaculate under warranty iPhone in to their apple service because of a software issue, they charged me $300 and sent me photos of a smashed phone saying that the repair wasn’t under warranty because of the smashed screen. However, when I handed the phone to them the screen was in perfect condition. Avoid this place and just wait for an apple store appointment. Dodgy as and takes days to get your phone back anyway!

I loved your customer service today your store is surprisingly so much better then the actual apple store one of your employe fixed my iphone that desperately needed changing im impressed.
