After sending 6-7 emails they only seem to respond to 2 of them. I currently have 2 orders, I wrote the first email regarding my order that I wish to cancel. Not only did they not for fill my request, but they seem to answer my question with a question of their own.

I've also sent another email regarding my other order, the order was placed on the 20/09/2021 it is now the 23/09/2021. Not only have I not received the confirmation email of my purchase but it has been 3 days and no update. Even though it is listed as a 2 hour click and collect, though I understand that's not always guaranteed, but I don't understand why it would take this long.

The prices are quite competitive, though the customer service is questionable, and can be greatly improved.

I purchased 2 monitors from this place. There is a problem with one of the screen monitor. Took it to theirs showroom, they tried to tell me that i cracked the screen (i know i didnt) and deny warranty and said there is nothing they can do about it for me. Best service ever. Will never buy from Centrecom again.

Called them up and I’m in 6th queue, that’s okay I’ll wait but as I get to the first queue they hang up my call. Happened 2 more times! Why bother calling when they are in incompetent to pick up? Amazing customer service!

Will never buy anything from this company ever again.

Purchased a gaming controller and quickly realised it was for Iphone. Tried calling straight away but they were not taking calls due to covid?
Sent an online ticket literally 9 minutes after purchase and explained the situation and ask for an exchange or refund.
As if the product was instantly teleported to me, I was told to send the product back for a refund minus a $15 fee to check and restock the item, even though I explained that the product hasn't even been sent.
They completely ignored my explanation and I was not even offered an exchange.
I have an android phone so now I'm stuck with an apple product which is completely useless to me, a waste of $150 during these tough times.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Paid 340 for a PC case, recieved no email for ordering no email to confirm my order, was told 2 hour click and collect, now apparently 2 days.on my account it says order ready to collect email sent, but had my gf go collect it and they told her to leave after providiing all the infomation.not sure if id buy from them again.plsu dissconect phones due to covid is such a stupid excuse

Absolutely unbelievable. We gave in a macbook for repair, its been 3 weeks and NO reply. We’ve sent many emails and now are getting concerned. Do not recommend at all.

Waited more than a month just for my pc when they said that it would be only 2 weeks, then called them on Friday to see what was happening with the order they said it was being delivered to sunshine store at that time which was 1: 00pm and then called them again at 4: 00pm to see if it was ready but the repair centre said the manager them self is driving my pc to sunshine store. Still am yet to receive my pc.

My first ever order was cancelled by them with reason due to "previous chargebacks and fraudulent activity (Vincent B.) " I have never bought anything here before so this is impossible. I'm quite upset of being accused of this. Worst first impression ever!

Told me my computer was shipped to Bundoora store after repair since Tue. Bundoora store told me they haven’t received anything. So hard to follow up due to their disconnected phone, which is stupid, do they think COVID transmits via phone calls? Slow to respond to emails, can’t give me clear answer to where my PC is! The whole thing is so dodgy! I kept asking them to call me so we can clarify things but nope, still no phone call! The PC costs over $3k and it’s nowhere to be found. I told them it’s urgent, I’m a nurse and I need my only PC to do online training etc! I just wish they would give me a call and respond to my emails to clarify everything! But I definitely won’t buy from them ever again!
Update: they kept my PC for 2 weeks, didn’t fix the problem! And they let it sit in the Sunshine store for a couple more days without telling me to pick it up! Now they won’t respond to my tickets! This is ridiculous, no matter what you do, don’t buy anything that might require warranty from them!

Worse customer service experience. Got my new monitor toady, set it up, got it going and found a mark under the front pannel so it couldnt be cleaned or removed, then discovered none of the usb plus are working so the monitor cant detect my webcam or mic etc.their response "The monitor does not have a webcam or mic. If you are referring to items you already own and are trying to get them to work through the monitors USB please ensure you've uplinked the monitors USB hub to your PC it doesn't work by just plugging the video cable in. Hope this helps. " No it doesn't!

Used to be my go to for computer parts. Customer service has gone down the drain. They have great prices but make sure to do your research and then some before purchasing as returns are nearly impossible here - even if there is a major problem with it.

I recently bought a M1 Macbook Air from Apple and need a docking station to connect both of my 4K monitors. A Centre Com Sunshine sales representative recommended me a ThinkPad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A Dock. Unfortunately, the problem with these M1 laptops are their issues in powering two monitors. Dominic T, a service representative at this centre spent two days trying to figure out how help me solve this issue. He was not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and proactive. We manage to solve the issue which is great news for my business. Dominic has been a great pleasure to deal with and an excellent example of a dedicated employee!

Understaffed. Queue over 30 min. People ready to give this place money were losing patience and walking out. A pity with so many good young people looking for work nowadays. Consider shopping elsewhere if you value your time.

Terrible customer service, will tell you anything you want to hear to get you out the door then ignore you after. Had to go via the manufacturer to fix an issue that should've been resolved by centrecom. Spend your money anywhere else. Literally better off lining Gerry Harveys pockets then these guys.

Hi, beware for another customer, when you bought items from here, if you bought the wrong thing or change your mind it is not acceptable althought the item still seal. I am driving 1 hour to return but not acceptable, i want to swap another item it is not acceptable to. Poor service like that.

Well my last logi tech computer mouse died, so it was time to get a new one. So I had checked a few companies and Center Com, had the product I wanted and at very competitive prices. I will have to say is the process from finding your item on the website, then add to cart then on to check out which was a Click and Collect. Was very smooth and I ordered it Monday night and Tuesday morning I was notified that my item was ready for pick up. Totally in for quick and efficient service. The staff were great friendly and helpful and everyone followed COVID19 Safe practices. Highly recommend Center Com Sunshine, if you need anything PC related.

Tried to return keyboard that had only been used a couple of time over 2 months could not return earlier due to covid restrictions got given the story about Covid and that can't return items so what happens when item to be returned is not working
