Good new store but I think the management need to sort out their pay system at the counter. It was such a long queue! It should have one counter to serve those who want to just pay and go NOT every staff trying to serve every customer that have lots of queries about certain products.
Big store but very hard to find any one to serve on the floor. U need to queue at the check line for service.
The old store is much better!

The staff did try but the point-of-sale equipment is so outdated that it was impossible to complete the sale. I walked out in disgust. For a store that sells high-tech gear the situation is hard to believe. I won't be going back.

12/9/21 - Rang twice, stayed on hold and was disconnected both times at 15mins. Didn't want a call back so stayed online. Both times was in the no 1 position. Extremely bad service.

Be VERY careful when ordering online from this company. They lost my package and their customer service is extremely poor and were no help at all to fix the situation. The only answer they could give me was startrack said the item was delivered. I have to do a police report to try and get my money back. Not worth it. Go to another company to buy your products.

Had to return a laptop after speaking to the returns team online. Never been made to feel stupid and like they were doing me a favour before. Female staff member was rude, abrupt and treated me like I was stupid and didn't know what i was doing. All the staff are rude and kept smirking at me being belittled by this team member. Shop at pccg instead. They are better in every way.

It's a shame you can't do zero stars. Just asked for some help with the response. 'you will have to check the stock yourself, I have to do this now'. Then the staff member resumes setting up his display.

Stood around looking for help, but didn't feel like chasing down staff to make them a sale. Worst customer service I've encountered in a while.

Approached the store for a PC repair under warranty (purchased from another Centrecom location) which for various reasons took 2 weeks more than it should to get the machine back.

5-stars are for A) the Caucasian gentleman who served me in the store on Sat 4/9/2021 with a smile and polite service (which the other staff member who asked me bluntly "what's your order number" when I walked in should take a leaf out of his page), and B) Jeff the technician who cared to respond promptly to escalation email to explain why the delay occurred, and provided guidance out of his way to rectify the issue in why the machine was not functioning properly (which had nothing to do with the PC at all). Thank you both for help rectify a horrible customer experience into a good one.

The worst service! Apart from never answering the phone or calling back, i purchased an ethernet adaptor which ended up being faulty. I went in to exchange and they said they had to test it to check it's faulty. They said it'd take 2-3 days but after several follow ups, i had to go in store for them to tell me they noticed it's faulty and a refund will be generated. This was 2 weeks after i dropped it off.thanks for letting me know! The refund was meant to take up to 5 business days, but 9 business days later here I am still waiting.

Bought Gigabyte Z490UD Motherboard Day 1 with no post with 11th Gen PROC, Sent Motherboard Multiple times to Centercom still no fix, now the Motherboard is Trash, please don't buy anything as there is no clear cut solution.

Ordered online, followed up 2 weeks later when products had not been despatched yet just to find out that there was a 2-3 month delay on my order. The customer service helpline seems to time out after 15min on hold and just hang up. It took me about 5 attempts across several days to confirm my order cancellation and now I am waiting on my refund. 1 star for terrible communication and customer service for the online store.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in any retail store. You walk around looking like an idiot waiting to be served. Staff are happy to ignore you and carry on their business. Centre Com Clayton is no better.

A daunting customer service experience, where staff are not interested in assisting and have questionable product knowledge. An exhausting exchange to get any information of value. Btw I used to be a loyal customer and I've spent thousands with you, unfortunately the bigger you get the worse your service becomes. Spend some money on staff training. Will never be back.
Clean up your act and treat people the same way you used to when you were operating out of smaller premises with trained friendly staff. Nunawading store.

Dodgy Business Practice. (Baiting People) they had a sale starting from 15th-23rd for certain products up to 20% off and when I went on the 18th to grab something they said it already finished? And also they have the rights to reject the sale at that price whenever they want? I'm definitely going to take this to Head Office and get a Ticket. Sale? More like Scam.

Maybe it was incredibly unlucky timing but a slow customer spent 15mins at checkout asking questions about two different products while I and others waited in line. After the 15 mins another cashier was able to open and served me but unfortunately I had the wrong mouse so had to grab a different one. When I requeued, the secondary cashier who served me earlier was bogged down with a sale and the primary cashier who was still serving the original slow customer asked for next please in an effort to get queue moving. The next customer proceeded to go through a list of PC components they would like to buy but from locked cabinets so cashier had to go help which also took ten mins while the slow customer stood there. At this point i realised I would never leave and every few mins considered putting mouse back. The secondary cashier after period of time was now assisting the slow customer and it was only after the customer building his PC finished that my time in queue ended.

Even though I messed up with mouse, all up I think I was standing in line for 30 mins in an otherwise quiet store. My sale in comparison took thirty seconds which was soul crushing (waiting time to service time ratio). The staff were great providing customer service and very knowledgeable, but maybe a review of processes in the store to accommodate express customers. Alternatively, maybe the secondary cashier when opening can ask for Express customers first to avoid clogs.

This may also have been my fault as I should've researched for a more wholesale store than a store that's strength is in customer service.

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff.
I buy all our PC products here.
Their new store is much bigger and has an awesome range of all PC related products.
