Great prices and good range. Had a really helpful chap help me with laptops yesterday but it was hard to listen to him with the worst hard rock music playing at loud volume in that section. I'm trying to buy a Lenovo. I don't need to be assaulted by '30 Seconds to Mars' and 'Rise Against'.

Had an issue with a Logitech mouse not working that I had purchased 4 months ago from CentreCom. It was checked by their service team with my original receipt in hand resulting in a replacement unit within minutes. No questions asked, just great, engaging customer service. Service here is substandard. Plenty of staff, but poor awareness and customer service. However, good range of products at fair pricing, and staff give good advice when you can get their attention.

Customer Service is generally great, however the most recent visit didn’t impress me at all. Even though I was not impressed, they impress me much more than Richmond or Clayton Centre Com, which was one of the most shocking places I have visited today.

Fantastic service! The team upgraded my desktop with complete transparency of the prices involved, recommended what I needed, and got the job done ahead of time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my computer needs.

Went into store today to order a basic pc setup and I was delighted to have been served by Raph. He was very patient and helpful with my request and even installed the cpu on the spot (which can be a tricky task). Definitely be back for further IT needs. Thanks heaps

Bought a package from them, (pc, monitor, etc), no problem. Monitor stopped working a couple of years later. Went in to get them to try another cable to see if that was the problem. Said they didn't have one that'd fit out of the 100 odd monitors on display there. Should've persisted but they also shouldn't have lied to me to make a sale. Won't go back there for anything now.

A good computer/computer parts store, some prices are great deals others not so much but overall decent prices, good size and plenty of gaming items.
Although it seems abit understaffed as there were long queue lines for just 3 people

It’s a good shop for computers, games and laptops. Many choices are available but if you would like to pay by card, there is fees add to card charge even you pay over $500. I bought a laptop and it cost around $1000 and they asked %1.2 fees, it is annoying.

Came in for help with my new custom build, Fergus was extremely helpful and fixed issues I completely missed and provided amazing customer service

Thanks so much to the technician, fixed my PC in no time, and because it was a small issue they didn’t even charge me.

Tried to return an item that wasn’t fit for purpose within an hour of buying and got stung with a ‘handling fee’ so I couldn’t get a full refund. Product was still brand new. Total rip off and worst customer experience.

Very good spot to get you need of computer electronics. It has all the needs of a gamer. Terence was a great help getting my needed laptop. He answered all my questions patiently. All the staff members were good and polite. This is a go too place for any computer requirements.

Great service from sales assistant. Henry stepped me through the process of utilising two laptops for doing a presentation to our club room audience with separate control on the second laptop to members on line to take part in meetings.

Bad service, sell me faulty case and dont want to give me another another one, overall bad place don’t recommend it to anyone, save your money go ti another place

Today I went back there and Needed a new power supply and graphics card, Jeff was so terrific and went out of his way to help me and I was able to pick it up within a few hours, which was very much appreciated! He went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that I bought the appropriate card for my needs!
Terry took it out to the car for me and I was very grateful indeed!
