Centre Com Frankston

A few days ago I bought Dell 27" screen to my daughters computer. I was impressed with professional care i received. In this little store they have everything you need and you can not get anywhere else in this times. Store makeover very impressive. I recommend this place to anyone who need advice and good product within computer technology.

I would definitely recommend Jason at Centrecom Frankston. He is always helpful and knows what he is talking about. Has helped me many times over the years and I could not be happier with the service.

Absolutely hopeless, poor repairs with missing parts causing further damage to casing, plus ridiculous delays, waiting 2 months for a terrible job and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Communication is next to zero as they never call you back as agreed. DO NOT HET REPAIRS DONE HERE!

I paid upfront for my laptop's disk tray and mouse pad to be fixed, I was quoted it would be fixed in 2 to 4 days all up. What followed was 2 months of me calling saying when is my laptop going to be fixed and there answer was always the parts have'nt come in yet. They kept saying they would call me back but 80% of the time they never did. You can tell that some of them are trying but if you can't deliver don't take peoples money/property/time and ignore them.

I needed some help setting up a Mac and a M/Soft combo with dual monitors. This was difficult. These guys were awesome. One in particular. They spent considerable time updating drivers etc to get a docking station working. I can now swap from a Windows driven Surface Book to a Mac Book PRO by a SINGLE cable that allows DUAL monitors!
I can't thank these guys enough!
Would HIGHLY recommend. Customer service was excellent and had a few laughs to boot!

My partner and I had two computers built through center com. A huge thank you to Jason who took the time to help us choose parts and compare prices. He was perfesional and knowledgeable. As someone who works in customer service I can recommend both center com and Jason.

It's a fantastic place to buy computer hardware and the like. All of the staff are friendly and really easygoing. There's a great stock of items on sale, with prebuilt and custom-built computers taking the spotlight. Would wholeheartedly recommend after purchasing from them several times.

First time at the Frankston shop. New to this game. The staff was great and very helpful. Gave me good advice and explained the product so i can understand the difference, will see when collecting my goods.
Recommend the guys down there.

Zero customer service. Told my computer would take months to fix if I wanted to have it done under the warranty. If willing to pay it would be 4 days until they could look at it. Told them it was a work computer so if I could bring it back in the 4 days as I needed it. Told it would go to the end of the queue. Will NEVER buy here again.

Had the absolute pleasure when dealing with a gentleman named Jason. Very helpful and professional and definitely looked after me.

Will 100% come back and recommend my family and friends in future.

I went in there with no knowledge on computers and laptops, had no idea what I wanted but I needed a laptop and the young man there Luke 100% catered my needs and I walked out more than happy with my new laptop!

Service needs help

Great staff and great service. When I need parts fast I always come down here. They are more than happy to help you out.

The Frankston Store told me that they can service Apple computer but I found out they are not using apple parts. I called apple and complained, Apple informed me that they are not authorised to perform any service for apple product, what a scam. I was also told that only the Sunshine branch of Centrecom is the only authorised apple repair store but that store is miles away from us!

After being referred to
"Center Com" for a new laptop.
My experience was I walked into empty showroom, and after asking for assistance - I received the "be with you in a minute" speech, who promptly walked off - The laptop I looked at was $699 - shown on there website, However a 2% c/card fee was added for my trouble of finding this place - Now my purchase is $714.00 -Really?
Lets hope its a great laptop!
