Went in with my son today to buy a pc package we were left very happy as my son got a great deal the sales person Nicholas d was an amazing salesperson he was very helpfull and informative I highly recommend this place for any technology products

I needed to purchase a Laptop Dock for work and I only had a basic idea of what I needed. Alex helped me with what I required but also went above and beyond by explaining to me how it worked and what I needed to do. At no time did I feel that my questions were 'silly'. Been here a couple of times, always super helpful when it came to helping sort parts that work all together PC wise. Purchased a keyboard along with a key cap set today, everything clicked together smoothly and works a treat, cheers lads!

Edit: Went back just today and got another keyboard, this time grabbing a empty base with some key switch's and some key caps to put together myself, went together smoothly and types even smoother, thanks again lads!

Chris is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very customer centric. From acknowledging after entering the store to resolving the issue, he has been absolutely brilliant.

Excellent prices and really helpful team, put together my first build and made some silly errors, Jeremy sorted me right out with good humour. Absolute legend!

We’ve actually had nothing but great service from everyone in the store. Prior to Xmas the whole team were so helpful when navigating my way through PC hardware. So patient and never made me feel stupid no matter how out of our depths we were.

I’m relatively familiar with computer gear and I felt he was able to communicate on my level. He listened to what I was after and took that into careful consideration when narrowing down the best options. He was patient and able to find all answers for me whether it be a quick search on YouTube or asking a tech from out the back. I felt I could trust his advice. At no point was there any pressure to make the purchase. I really was impressed with him and the business as a result. Well done, I hope he can be recognised for his efforts.
