Amazing customer service and quick delivery times. Even during covid they still manage to get their orders shipped same day before 1pm and arrive within 1-2 business days. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Thanks guys, 5 staff working, I was the only customer and was completely ignored. Standing looking at routers for 10 to 15 minutes and no help from anyone. I guess the conversations of the 3 staff at the front counter was more important. I just left and will go elsewhere

Awesome service! The store opening hours are a lot more convenient than it’s competitors. Prices are good and I can click and collect next day! I have never had an issue with any product. Your great service helps keep my customers happy

Amazing service. The staff and manager assisted me with finding the right adapter for my old MacBook hard drive so I could recover my information at no benefit to them. They will defiantly be getting my business for all third party Mac accessories.

I received awesome customer service from Jeremy from Centre Com Frankston. I went to the store in Clayton and received no help. I went to the Frankston store to buy a monitor and straight away he provided me one with specs that I wanted and he hooked a computer up to the monitor to show me the resolution, quality and features of the monitor. I was very impressed and his service was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much Jeremy!

I also got help from him last time with a power supply and he is all facts and straight to the point. Both times I have gone into Centre Com Frankston and was served by Jeremy I have received the best advice and service from him.

I bought a Gigabyte G27QC 27" QHD 165Hz 1ms HDR Adaptive-Sync (FreeSync Premium) Gaming Monitor. It has been excellent.

Wanted to get my computer dusted as the fans were very noisy.
Was told that dust wasn't the problem and that I need to replace the fans.didn't even open the computer or have a look at it and were not interested in dusting it as asked.
Wrote my details and a scrap of paper (literally on a warrenty card that came with a product they'd opened for someone else)
3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so called up only for them to tell me that they can't order the fans in. Were not planning on calling to tell me that. They just waited for me to contact them again.

My computer sat at the back of the shop for 18 days without being touched. After all the usual rubbish excuses when i rang or called in, i picked it up and took it to a decent business.
If youve got plenty of time to waste go to these clowns!

Small store, friendly helpful staff, easy to deal with. Just check prices when check out. I got a product on sale for $18 (+another item) but realised when home was over charged on sale item.

The customer service was excellent, they do everything in their power to serve every customer (It gets really busy in the shops so they can take a while to answer your call) these guys are the best, and I definitely recommend if you're looking for pre-built or custom built.

The frankston branch is the worst. I got a brand new Motherboard and graphic card and have not even opened it and I went to take it back for a refund because I could not use it. They never explained to me what can work with what or even ask me how they could help. They were rude to you and just straight out refuse to refund me and they said I had to come in when there manager was in to do the refund on mondays and Fridays. What company does not have a manager on duty every day. They were just lazy and did not want to bother with it. I even asked for store credit and still nothing. They are the worst do not shop there.

School laptop went in for repairs and kept chasing up, lots of slow action more than 6 months without laptop, bits missing when picked up, bad experience

Poor to no customer service, sent me a graphics card that had load & temp problems after requesting I send back the card (expresed shipped at my own cost) I sent 2 follow up emails and 3 weeks later they just posted the same card back with no explanation.

I've had to replace the faulty card immediately becuase of my work and now they refuse to refund.
After waiting days for replys to 6 emails so far they will give a sentence which essentially answers nothing and then you have to email again to wait another 3-4 days. Not sure if this is a tactic they use intentionally hoping that you will give up on trying to not get shafted. Horrible experience.

Very good service just got a ssd for my computer works fine and warranty is good I definitely recommend this computer store

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Go elsewhere.these Muppets during the covid virus are not answering phones at any of their stores. They are forcing customers to go in store with non online enquiries or purchases. They are arrogant. Have no regard for covid protocols and do the extract opposite of customer service

I made the deal with jack on a new gaming setup and he took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of each product I bought. Very happy leaving the store
