Von went above and beyond being helpful. He kindly held the last, in stock laptop until I could get to Centre Com. He was chatty and friendly, definitely earns the Employee of the Month badge they stock a comprehensive range and have a great range on display do you can see what they look like.

What I love about these guys{ I shop at Clayton store} is their professionalism and willingness to try and help, as where a lot of other retailers seem to put it in the all to hard basket. Free Delivery for orders over $79 is massive to, especially if you find it hard to get out of the house. Always willing to help and good communication, makes me a very happy and repeat customer.

I purchased computer parts few days ago from them.was served by a very knowledgeable tech, Von. Von was very patience, honest & kind. He went through all the parts with me and advised me which parts suit my work the most. He even went to extra length to help me with other pc related issues/questions. Shopped around for new monitor - they were by far the cheapest, the largest range and the service was first class.

Went to return my headset which hasn't been used for more than 10 minutes. Purchased less than 48 hours and won't allow a full refund of the product in its original packaging.

Staff were friendly enough, and the parking is ample. There's a good range of stuff here, and most of it is a reasonable price.

The technician is very nice and patient to explanation the new system I purchased.

The whole Team at the Clayton store are a pleasure to work with, they are patient and take the time to firstly hear you out and offer you good advice. I love shopping at this store especially forth every good customer service on offer.

Called them this morning if I could return the monitor which was still boxed n purchased less than 48 hours ago. They asked me to bring it in n will refund once they check the condition. I drive down all the way only to know they would charge 25 percent as restocking fee. Waste of time. Sales team was excellent but the experience wasn’t alright.

Good place, the level of positive experience is highly dependent on which sales representative you get. I've had good and bad, but the good outshine. For those keen to get the best experience, ask to see Daniel, superb sales skills, highly engaging and respectable.

Centrecom is amazing store, go see Daniel when you go there, his in depth knowledgeable of computers and network systems is great. He was also very helpful as i required both a personal computer computer for games and also help set up the correct accessories to have my work computer set up with a dock.

I had an issue with my computer and Alexander at the service desk was absolutey amazing and very helpful. He was very professional and really kind customer service. If anyone has any probllems with their PC I highly suggest to take it to Alexander.

Stupid staff and pickup policy. I came to pick up my online order with my international passport. They refused to give me my order because there is no address on passport and I can’t offer a hard copy of my utility bills (they don’t accept electronic version. Who still uses paper billing these days?). Never come back again. Order number 237005. Give me the refund

Bad service ever. Never order from them again. Waiting for 3 weeks they only sent yesterday. Worst service ever

Hands down the worst customer service. I get the feeling they simply don't want customers to spend any money at their store. Management needs a good shakeup

Great service. I have been to this store multiple occasion. Friendly staff, great service and reasonable price.

Visited on a busy Sunday afternoon and had to wait a little bit, but was lucky to get Sarwit to help me out. I already had an idea of what laptop I wanted but Sarwit took the time to discuss pros and cons for different brands and models. I ended up purchasing an Asus which I couldn't be happier with and it just works (unlike the Dell XPS which it replaced). Highly recommend Centre Com Clayton and Sarwit in particular.

Horrible. Staff lie and tell stores. Last time i checked when a website says STOCK IN STORE it doesn't mean you need to ship it from your warehouse to get stock. Anyone who uses centercom should drive down a little bit futher to MSY technology at least MSY dont lie.

UPdate. Just purchased pc from them they said it works bring it home set it up doesnt turn on. Great start to losing a customer cenre com.
