Yesterday I bought a monitor and a lot of other things, I was not happy with the monitor and today I came to return it, the staff was very friendly and solved my problem without any problems and gave good advice in choosing, I will definitely come back to buy something else

He was very good and fast with fixing and giving back my PC and did a amazing job in explaining and working on it.

I was having PC troubles, so I took my tower down to CentreCom in Clayton. Put my tower in for express repairs. I got it back same day! Thanks Jan and everyone there at Centrecom Clayton, you’re all aces!

An absolutely kind-hearted and helpful person. I came in to claim a warranty on my Superlight which has problems with its scroll wheel and has called in beforehand.

Elliot was willingly offer to help and went out of his way to ensure that my experience at the store was wonderful.

Bought a computer chair here recently and have only good things to say about the customer service.

The packaging was extremely large but two blokes (one serving me and the one at the counter) assisted me with fitting it into my car. At the end we dismantled the box and they did majority of the lifting as well.

Outstanding customer service especially to the asian bloke working at the enquiries counter.

VJ and OSCAR were very helpful, very knowledgeable, I highly recommend CENTRECOM for any computer needs.
Their employees were very professional and reliable.

I recently went to centre com clayton branch and had a very awful customer experience. My laptop screen broke and I went there to swap my laptop with a new one. One of the repair section people told that they'll give me the new laptop without the box (just laptop and the charger). After I cleaned my old laptop and went to the desk, they had already broken the packaging and took the laptop out without me physically seeing it. Then when I put the new laptop to my bag, they've put the old laptop charger on the desk and asked me to take it. I told them didn't you all agree to give me a new laptop and the charger, only after that they gave the new charger. That too while giving, didn't give me all the 3 components of the charger, I had to ask them where's the last piece. While putting the new charger to my bag, they told "why, is your old charger defective as well? ". I have many questions. Is this how you serve your customers? Why didn't you give me the new laptop along with the box (do you love the environment that much?). Overall, it was a very very bad customer service and an awful experience. I'm putting the complaint to all the necessary departments in Australia so that other customers will not be served as how I was served.

Advertise stock unavailable online or in store, answer the phone and then hangup, repeatedly, 7 times so you can't check their stock levels, tell you to go to another brand and can't check stock levels at other stores, broken doors, dirty floors, doesn't seem like a place for tech

I visited the Clayton store today. Jackson helped me out and what a champion, knowledgeable, professional and more than anything else caring. Something you find hard to come by these days.

Bought a gaming PC here and had an smooth and informative experience. Michael the salesperson helped immensely to make everything easy for me to understand and even gave me suggestions on what to look for when buying a monitor for the PC.
Couldn't recommend Centrecom any higher

Really went out of their way to do anything and everything they can for you. Alex who served us was amazing, polite and even helped carry a heavy item to the car. The manager Bipin is next level, really tried his best to help out with a complication on a faulty product. Honestly just great humans, not to mention workers. Centrecom doesn’t disappoint

Good store, decent variety of products and okay service. Possibly just came in on a bad day; had no one attend to myself or anyone else in the store at the time.

I recently bought two laptops from centre com. Staff were amazing Alex and Sophie I believe there names were Alex was amazing recommending us better products for the price.

They claimed to have no stock of certain sale items during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Then magically had stock when the sales were over

The worst customer service ever seen in my life. Even they couldn't see the deposit I had paid in their system. It took 3 days transit from Sunshine to Clayton to deliver my daughter's school laptop. When I raised this question they said atleast you got it. So disappointed.

Great service from Raph. Brought in my build to get some parts installed, and decided to put everything into a new case. Great clean build and was done very fast too. Raph kept me up to date with everything and was all around great service.

Excellent service from these guys. A big shout out to Jan who was incredibly helpful and was able to help me get components that were both cheaper and more powerful than what was on the initial list that I brought in.

Very professional service by Vijay, understood the small business requirement and offer products within our price range. Very helpful and we are surely coming back here every time we need IT stuff.

My laptop had completely died and I needed to know how to save all of the photos I had stored on it. I went in to the store yesterday, and was helped by Jan. He was extremely helpful and talked me through everything I had to do, helped me find the correct products needed and went above and beyond to help me. I Will definitely be going back there for any future purchases.
