I've purchased an upgrade for my laptop here the prices are the best in Australia and very friendly employees and I've seen them also being helpful to those who are not very tech savvy unlike other places although what stopped this store from getting a 5 star is that the place small and can get crowded very quickly

Terrible customer service. Contacted store via email to hold an item for me. They replied saying they would have the item ready for pickup over the weekend. I arrived at the store on the weekend and they told me they didnt place the order because i didnt confirm if i actually wanted the item. Confusion aside they promised it would arrive on Monday and they would contact me. I never heard from them. This is not the first time they have done this to me. I have no time to be yanked around like this. Taking my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff member that helped me today, was willing to show me products I was unaware of what it looks like etc, offered to order products in that they didn't stock to make it easier on me. First time visiting, won't be the last.

Have been a customer for some time with no problems with service. Extremely disappointed with last visit. New version of windows loaded was advised I would have to reinstall all my software they now want to charge me $75 to install my Vodafone software Have a computer that I have not been able to use. I'm not at all impressed

2018 update: still helpful, still have great prices. As said by another reviewer, I think the only negative reviews are from salty competitors. I'm not a huge gamer or computer nerd but every time I've presented them with a dumb question I've been met with patience and good advice.

Nice people, knew their stuff. I got a chance to build my first gaming computer with a technician working there and now I know how simple it is to build a rig from scratch. I really suggest coming to Centrecom.

Someone there is complaining about after sales and service, I think you guys are definitely a local competitor because I have never met a dissatisfied customer from there and I have referred soany people there. I have shopped there since they first opened around the corner more than 10 years ago. I originally used to but from the Sunshine until I moved out this way and I can say the service is so much better. I have made bad choices in products that I have been very dissatisfied with and no sweat they took care of that and got me what I needed with no issues whatsoever. No one else these days.

I never regret buying anything from there and even 10 years on some things I still use are working perfect.

Needed my PC fixed. Another shop had it for 4 weeks and did absolutely nothing. At Centrecom, 30 minutes later, it was ready to go.
Staff quite friendly.

Great Business, have been in many times. Last few times iv needed parts and advice "Dave" sales person has been great with information and very helpful

Nice and knowledgeable staff at the front counter, the repair staff behind the scenes are also pretty damn good, they definitely do what they can to fix the issues you have.
