Was helpful and polite but out of stock for the monitor I was wanting so time spent there was minimal.

Rude manager. The man was very blunt and wouldn't allow me to buy a $500 PC part unless I bought all my parts from him, went to Bendigo Centrecom a week later and they let me buy my part no questions asked, if you can, avoid this place.

Had a custom PC buikt there. The product itself is great, but i had to return to the shop several times due to problems with the unit they built (they forgot to install windows, forgot to return my power cord, and installed a version of windows that would not activate)

Needed to change power supply on computer brought from Canada. They did it while I waited which was about 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Busy shop. Sales, parts and repairs

Bought a laptop at this Bundoora branch last week and was was quoted the original price. Picked up the new laptop yesterday and found out the price was dropped by $150. I was never informed about any special sales when I contacted the branch office. Felt cheated.

Worst customer service experience i have ever had, wish i had read some reviews before committing to a very expensive order. If your reading this than your fortunate enough to dodge a bullet, shop at msy mwave or scorptec they offer the same price without the incompetent and inept customer sevice.

Great Service so far, In these Strange Co-vid 19 stage 4 restrictions, had a Prompt response
when i turned up by chance and it was late after 4pm.was driving by and thought i would try this store, when other stores had to wait days to get service.

Awefull customer service! They going to pretend they're serving you but, they actually stuck on a call and will make you wait for hours. This is even after you called to ensure it's ready. Nope! Not ready and you will wait like you never called.

I bought my pc parts for my first build and recieve them today. They arrived with good packing even though the parts also have foam in them. AUS POST well like allways they make erroenous assumptions about when the package would arrive, for me it came 4 days early TIP: if your buying things online don't read reviews because most people only review when something bad happens.

Was extremely happy with the service I got from Sasha at Centre Com. I left it till last minute to get my son his Christmas present, he built a custom computer setup within 24 hours for gaming with more lights then a Christmas tree & spec’d it perfect. There was no pressure in upselling & everything was explained with clarity in which options I could choose. Well priced aswell, compared to other gaming computers out there. Very helpful, knowledgable pleasant staff. Went there because of assistance they have given me in the past. Suggested an alternative component for a new computer I am picking up tomorrow which saved me $400. I like that!
