Centre Com Bundoora

Bought mesh router more expensive than the catalogue price. 3 months later, it turned out faulty. Took it back to the store late November to claim warranty. Still nothing happened. Just keeping me postponed.
I would never buy anything from this store or any other centrecom stores.

Rang with what I wanted. It was ready for me when I got there. Service is excellent. Will help you with your system requirements to make sure you have what you need.

I don’t know a lot about technology or computers but my partner knows a lot. I was having wifi problems with my PC- my partner suggested a “power line extender” I have no idea what that is but I called to see if they had it in stock a few times. I tried to explain what it was but I honestly didn’t know what I was talking about either-

I was sold a faulty a motherboard from a different centre com store and had the fault confirmed by an independent computer repair shop. When I brought my computer in to preston centre com to request that they carry out one test prior to me claiming warranty - which was to start the computer with a compatible ram stick, they wanted $130 to do this 5 minute job. And they said, if I want it done sooner, it will be $250.

Poor attitude, poor service and no regard for looking after customers.

Their scammy salesmen recommended a product and told me to test it out and return the product if it doesn't work. Next day when I went to return it they changed their story and said they can't offer a refund. Three trips to the store later, the only option was to get a cheaper product (again didn't fit my purpose) and without any refunds.

Total fradusters. Never going there again. Rude salespeople and scammer manager.

Great service and a pleasure to deal with Harsh for building my son’s very high end gaming computer. Having dealt with Centre Com Bundoora on numerous occasions over the years, I would throughly recommend anyone to come here for the best service and prices.

Avoid this place as much as you can, spent 3k on a custom pc that they built themselves and was told it would be under warranty
After 3 months one of the bearings on the cooling system fan started making a loud noise
Took the pc back to them and was told it wasn’t covered under warranty cos of wear and tear and these fans typically wear out even though the guy I was speaking to was the except same one that built it 3 months ago so why did he build the pc with a fan it wasn’t suited for anyway?
In the end bought a fan from a different store for $15 and having my friend put it in
Have already contacted consumer affairs and as I’m sure cool master wouldn’t want a store that’s selling their products to say they’re faulty I’ve contacted them too
Avoid avoid avoid!
Also wanted to add that the guy Oscar who dealt with the matter was very unprofessional and spent the whole time smiling and laughing while trying to get this sorted

Attended this place in search of a gaming PC. I showed them the PC I wanted on Centrecoms website. The guy said it has been sold out. I asked if I can buy from any other store and he said sold out means everywhere. I was suggested to buy AMD whereas I wanted to buy intel. I came out and rung sunshine and Richmond stores about that particular PC. They both said we have few in stock. I then bought it from Richmond.

It's either these guys working there are under so much pressure at work or they don't know much about customer service. Don't think I'll be going there again.

Excellent service, always know what they are talking about and somehow always know what i'm trying to look for and making sure i get the right parts

Staff member literally just looked into my eyes and lied. Said they don't price match at any centrecom store. Centrecom Richmond this week would beg to differ.

Harsh was great, helped out with everything i needed and gave me his honest opinion on all parts when building my PC. (even if it worked out cheaper)

I have been coming here since the early 2000's, 2011 and this year 2022. Service has been very good all this time. Recommend. Thanks to the team.

Called their phone line and waited 20 minutes just to be hung up on. During the entire wait time, I was constantly told my call is important, and there were 2 more people in queue. I was not expecting high levels of customer service, but to receive absolutely zero is ridiculous. So much for supporting small businesses especially computer stores.

Only problem is, it gets so busy but there is very little room for customers in the store.

Most staff there are good and the service is okay. Watched a man behind the counter insult a customer to her face regarding PC repair, assuming she was trying to get a free job done. He wasn't serving her. She was asking if the PC she had just had repaired was still under warranty. Avoid the balding dude if you want good service, or head elsewhere.

Purchased a custom gaming PC and could not have asked for better assistance from Harsh! His experience and knowledge helped me pick out the best rig and his support throughout the whole build was excellent. Centre Com owners, this man is a jet! What ever you pay him isn't enough, double his pay immediately!
