Came into the story cause my pc would not turn on at all and I was served by a guy named Mitch. I talked to him about what was wrong with my pc and everything that could possibly be the problem and he told me that I can leave it there at the store and they can fix it. It was a quick in and out process. Not only was Mitch's customer service perfect but the pc was fixed and working like a charm literally the next day. So shout out to Mitch and the team

Highly recommend! Oscar on the phone had been extremely helpful since the day I brought my pc in for repair, always provided great communication with updates and further assistance as well as Mitchell who was helpful providing information on the phone prior to bringing my pc in with solutions. The technician Grant had been really helpful and extremely knowledgeable with providing advice and additional information on my pc. Will definitely be back again!

Tired of this place (specifically the Bundoora store). Three strikes and you're done. Order online or choose another retailer.

I've had a few bad experiences with customer service at this store in the past, I thought they would have improved by now, being 2022, clearly not.

On one occasion, I wanted to buy a CPU. I called ahead and asked if they had stock. I was told yes. I asked for the price, I got "whatever the price is online". I asked if I could place it on hold, I was told "no we can't place items on hold. " Not very helpful, a bit rude, a bit abrupt.

On another occasion, I visited the store and wanted to purchase a power supply. They did not have stock, that is fine, so I asked if it could be ordered in. Old mate (who I think is the manager) said that was no problem, and it'd arrive in store tomorrow. He did not note my name or phone number down which I thought was odd but I felt assured it would be okay. I turned up in the afternoon the next day and asked if the power supply had arrived. I was told it hadn't and it wouldn't be arriving because there was no stock.

On a third occasion, I called ahead and asked if there was a certain SSD in stock. I was told yes there is. Wasn't told how many, just that there was stock. I knew I shouldn't ask to put it on hold, as I was told from previous calls, "no we can't place items on hold. " I arrived at the store and mentioned I'd like to buy the SSD and I called earlier about it. I was then told "sorry we don't have any stock, did you ask for it to be put on hold? ". I said "what? I called half an hour ago". He said "oh sorry, it looks like we've already sold it, the computer says we have zero in stock". Seriously!?

I'm sorry, but three times is too bad. I won't be returning to this store any time soon. A shame because this store is located close to home.

Rudest experience on the phone from ‘Sasha’ if that’s even his name, I was going to buy a 5k pc no way am I getting it from this rubbish store now, sunshine store should really re-evaluate this staff members training. Wow.

I have bought 3 computers from these guys and will keep going back, great service, great product knowledge, great communication and they can put together a computer for you well above average keeping to a budget. Can't recommend them enough

Bought an Aspire Lap A515-55 top last year. Great little unit and the Centre Com team was really courteous and helpful. I also misplaced my receipt for tax purposes and the team were happy to help me out with that as well. I would definitely recommend Centre Com in Bundoora.

Pretty happy with these guys. They accepted a return with no hassles. The item turned out not fit for my purpose. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased it. They were cool with that.

We had problems with our laptop and the customer service was great here. They explained what was wrong with the computer i simple terms that we could understand for non tech peope like myself.

I had to quickly get some motherboard stand-off screws since the case I ordered for my client came with them missing. Was going to be too much of a hassle dealing with the original store and decided a local store. Called Centrecom Bundoora and spoke to Glen and he said yes they’ve got some and when I asked the price he said not to worry. Calling after 5pm and then finding out open until 6: 30pm. A really solid favour considering I didn’t purchase anything from them. Would highly recommend and will try and shop from them more often. Thanks Glen

In recent times. Centrecom has really improved their customer service and the quality of their products.

I purchased an order of PC parts and they were extremely helpful and honest. I don't think I will go anywhere else for my PC needs. Shout out to the manager! Honest man

Centre Com Bundoora provides quality service and helpful recommendations. Whenever in doubt, the staff members clearly explain the basic details regarding how each component functions inside the computer.
However, it is quite difficult to manipulate and carry large computers around the room as it is small in terms of size.

Bought an item unopened and wouldnt accept a return in underr 24 hours.
Liars and bad customers serrvice.be very wary doing business with this company.

I am guessing this man is also tax evading due to the nature of business. I will also make the suggestion to the ATO that this person isn't paying the correct tax.

Very quick service! This store is very well stocked so it should have what you are looking for in the tech department.

I have been overcharged on two occasions by this retailer.
Went into the stall to purchase some headphones but they were out of stock and then they recommended an alternative and said they could do them cheaper, bought them. Got home and went on to the centrecom website which listed the headphones I had purchased for $35 cheaper than the stall sold me which prompted me to go back to the stall and return them and get my money back.

I bought parts for my PC recently from this store and I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have receieved from Harshbir (Harsh) Singh. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in deciding what parts to purchase and I am very happy with the outcome of my PC build. Would highly recommend and praise Harshbir for his great service.

Sold us a router that doesn't work. They confirmed in store that it wouldn't turn on. Still, they refused to give a refund or exchange and said it would cost us to get someone to fix it.

Great products and price too bad about service waited 30 mins to get service no sense of urgency

Avoid this business as much as you can. They give you low quality parts and do not accept any consequences. Technicians are like people randomly found on street. The parts are not consistent and you will be in a long-term misery after buying even a mouse from them!
