Cedar Bakery reviews
73Cedar Bakery is a great place to stop in at any time during the day, the Coffee is great! And the food is fantastic! There is a wide range of Lebanese Baked Goods and all of them are delicious! The staff are friendly and there is also a lot of grocery items which is very convenient, I highly recommend checking out Cedar Bakery!
Great food, products and coffee but let down by staff not wearing masks, or not wearing them properly during the entirety of all lockdowns and mask mandates, which is incredibly disappointing.
Great vegan options and super tasty! Good coffee, excellent plant based milk alternatives and great service?
Offers one of the best Lebanese pizzas in town. Consistantly well baked, soft to eat by kids and noticeably tastier than other places which serve dried up or burnt out piazzas. I really like the wholemeal option which suit people with diabetes or those on diet. The place also offers a range of other good middle eastern meals which are worth trying.
The atmosphere and setup of the space has a nice feel to it as well.
I stopped by for lunch with a friend and ordered a dine in iced soy latte. What I was served was a glass of soy milk with a couple small ice cubes within it, and a tiny shot of espresso on the side. I certainly did not order a deconstructed soy latte, but that's what I received.
The very word latte implies frothed milk. I was expecting a frothed cool soy latte in a tall glass with large ice cubes.
I wouldn't have even minded so much if the soy wasn't tepid and the espresso bitterly burnt. Basically had myself a $6 cup of milk. Won't be ordering that again
The best Lebanese pie in Melbourne. Also lots of options for everyone, vegan cheese pie are also very good. Love the quality of the products and the warmth of the Cedar family. The owners are so genuine and lovely. Well done
Nice place for a coffee and bite to eat
Relaxing atmosphere
Good selection for food at bakery, with vegetarian options
Coffee was nice
Friendly service
Good price
Clean and tidy.
Seriously, can’t get any better than this! From food, to coffee to service to spices and frozen food, this place is a true representation of Lebanon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My favourite Lebanese’s bakery in Melbourne. Some of the most authentic, wholesome and tasty Lebanese food you’ll get in town. Try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
Great priced little Cafe with shopping. Table service and friendly staff. Dog friendly as well. The food was amazing especially the ham and cheese pizza.
Such great food ruined by terrible experience. Half the table were waiting to get their plates taken away and the other half were still waiting to get their food
Absolutely loved this place. Amazing service, delicious food for a decent price. 100% coming here again.
Well placed Lebanese bakery that still uses traditional hand made techniques and ingredients to make their lovely pizzas. I had an oregano pizza and while the oregano wasn't as sour as I prefer it that generally highlights a higher percentage of quality ingredients I.e. More oregano than sumak. Great work to keeping it as authentic as possible while also hosting a more modern store front.
Can not go wrong with a great cup of coffee here. Atmosphere front layout is cafe slight down ramp into bakery and shop. Great business layout doesn't fault giving you the opportunity to see everything they have on offer whilst you wait in a slight que to order your coffee. Decored themed to "current" trend. The bakery has a huge selection and priced accordingly nothing to over the top of a inner city suburbs cafe. Will be back again.
If you haven't been here you should, heaps of delectable goodies that are freshly made. Good service and well priced.
Lovely staff, service and food. Always very clean and ambient inside. Relaxing atmosphere and good variety of food to takeaway and eat in
In the past I loved Cedar Bakery. On a recent visit I was very disappointed. The takeaway food was expensive and bland. Though I must say the garlic dip was as good as ever.
Delicious! High quality food. The zaatar and fatteh is probably some of the best you could find around. The service was pretty good also. A bit pricey but nothing outrageous. Would happily go again.
The zatar and cheese is incredible. I would remove 1 star because I ate the feta pockets and it had bad tomatos. I fell sick on my stomach because of this.
Great coffee (Industry Beans)! Food was ordered via a QR code link and came to the table within 10 minutes. Ordered the zaater bread, chicken pie and feta pie and all were delicious. I love the fitout of this bakery. Only let down are the toilets.not very clean when I visited
